Bugger...

Have you tried going back to an earlier version of MSI AB?  2.2.1 should work irregardless.

ragingazn, try this that I suggested in your PM:

http://www.sendspace.com/file/r7jys0

You will need to restart after it finishes.

Doesn't work for me Sad

When asking these questions, you need to give a little more information. What cards? OS? driver?
Ah right

7970s / W7 / Catalyst 12.2

First, I'd update to 12.8.

Second, CGMiner can only clock the memory 150MH/s below whatever the core is running at. My 7970 runs at a core:1180, so CGMiner can only clock the mem to 1030.

However, MSI AB can be tweaked to lower your memory to whatever you want. You need MSI AB 2.2.3, but you need a DLL file from 2.2.1. See this thread for more information. I run my 7970 at core:1189 and mem:375. I could go lower, but I lose hashrate if I go to low on the mem.

file is removed. Do you mind reuploading?

Nvm I downloaded from here

here is the 12.4 dll if anyone needs it, took me forever to find it

http://www.multiupload.nl/0BWAFN4UGM

Why does my first card crash (don't even have a monitor installed) when I lower memclock?

edit 2:

I think 12.8 fixed it but I cannot lower memclock below 685 in MSI Burner. When I set in config to = 2 the bars disappears. Yes I did put the dll file in there ;/

edit 3:

wait it's still at 1375 fml ...

I tried to change memclock in CGminer but it doesn't seem to change it. I also tried MSI Afterburner but that doesn't work either.
