Create your own thread about the issue in reputation section with your proof that the negative tag is unjust, or send a pm to the member who left you the tag and tell them the reason you think they were wrong and why they should remove the neg tag. There is nothing you can do about removing the tag, it is only they who left it that can remove it, as for your deleted post, they were in a self moderated topic, in such topics the OP is the 'moderator' and they can delete any post.

You should not bump old topics for this reason, you can start your own.

Is there a way to contact support on here?
I think my original account was hacked so I made a new one so I could figure out how to contact support lol.
Am I blind is there a magic help button I am missing ?
