You have to install WAVES wallet. DEX is inside the wallet.
On the DEX page you have to select your token on one side and BTC or WAVES on the other side.

! Make sure there are buyers for your tokens
! Make sure your wallet contains some WAVES dust because the trades on DEX cost a little money.
