If you send bitcoins to the address that is being addressed, it means that you have agreed and the funds will move from your wallet.
Bitcoin that are sent cannot be returned by force unless the owner of the address you sent bitcoin is willing to send it back to your wallet.

If you feel cheated, your money will definitely disappear and you won't be able to come back again.

It's a good idea to be more careful in making transactions in cryptocurrency or in this case transactions using bitcoin.

If you feel that they could scam you, then you have already been ripped off. There is no way you can get your bitcoins back.

By the way, you should have learnt more about them, before making the transaction.  Sad

Why do you all have to go with shady weed sites and end up losing your money? Get off that shit, I know you are not using it for medicinal purpose but for getting high. But you understand the fact that because bitcoin transactions are irreversible, unless the person who got the money actually returns it back, scammers use this to lure people into sending them money and stealing it.

It is plain and simple method to drain your money. You want to buy that shit and so you will not think twice before sending the money. Its a trap made to scam noobs just like the OP.

Anyway dont want to sound rude to someone who does not know much about crypto. But get this in your head, bitcoin and most altcoins transactions are irreversible. Once sent, its gone.

You can't reverse your transaction and there is no way to do this unless you will contact the right person on that site and ask him to send back to you your deposit. That's why always be careful when you send money to invest, think 100x before making a final decision to send your funds.
The owner hiding the identity and email address, it's hard to finding legal information to get money back.

But, if OP still confusing, maybe he shall try to contact +1-240-242-5264, I am not sure is real number, just found it on meta data company site. If the owner company had changed also, when I read detailed company changed support chat from twak.to into LiveChat on September 2020.

I too though it may be a case created to promote the sight, but on second though, it would pile to a fat lot of good (it casts shadows on the site, not being an appraisal post). Never know though ...

In any case, the site accepts BTC through CoinPayments, whose TOS state:
Quote
6. Refund Policy.
6.1. Completed Transactions. It is the nature of Bitcoin, Litecoin, and the other virtual currencies that we support that all Virtual Currency Transactions are final with no method of refunding, charging back or other recourse for the sender of the virtual currency. As such we are unable to cancel, reverse or provide refunds for any Virtual Currency Transaction made through our Services. We do provide a feedback system so buyers can leave ratings for sellers (and vice versa).
6.2. goes on to explain what to do if the TX did not go through, but you’d have to figure out whether the TX went through or not.
If the TX is true, and it did go through, you’d need to talk to the product provider.

P.D. Quite a pretty penny spent on weed ...

OP, can you please provide transaction detail if you don't have a privacy issue? And of course, some other appropriate evidence that you have sent fund really? First time I am experiencing marijuana selling online via the website. I don't know if this site is a scam or not, but it's a really high amount for the first time to buy the product. As others said, I am assuming you are shilling this site behind your question. Who knows if you are expecting some clicks from the forum although I believe no one from the forum will buy a product that unknown website.

By the way, if you have really sent the fund then sorry for you. Because Bitcoin is an irreversible currency, it wouldn't back to you once got confirmation on the blockchain. That's the reason why we should gain a minimum knowledge about cryptocurrency before use it.

I was about to visit or search the website thanks for sharing this information. To OP if that is real I really don't think you would be able to reverse or altered it that's why it is important you would really think and make careful decisiong before transferring such huge amount.

Bitcoin is an one way transaction system. This is the unique thing with bitcoin, and for the same we need to be careful handling it. Whenever we make purchases with the bitcoin we need to have cross checking of the receiver bitcoin address. Once send is sent, if the receiver is ready to return there is chance of getting it back.

That is only when the receiver is ready to send it back to the owner, because I think if any coin is sent to a particular bitcoin wallet address is not going be retrievable except the recipient send it back to the owner.

As a newbie posting within the forum, the website you plugged is really sketchy and you won't fool anybody that as a NEWBIE, you sent Bitcoins worth of $3920. First of all, using Cryptocurrency in transactions are irreversible since its done within Blockchain and its not PayPal or any other financial application that would refund your money.

Another possible scenario is just that you are promoting the website and that is not a good idea.

It's not Paypal that you can reverse your payment so next time, please be careful about making purchases using bitcoin. The best option you have is to file a complaint against the website if the item you ordered didn't arrive. Before making a purchase online, you should check the website reviews first. Always use a website that has good feedback and a good reputation.
I don't think that what you have sent can take back anymore because when we are using wallets we are anonymous and also how are we able to communicate to the person behind our transaction if we sent the money for payment. The person can deny that you sent him or her a coin because of the anonymity of wallets we are using.

I don't think that coin can be retrievable because some of those websites are created because of scam.
That is while before we go into investment platform we have to observe to the extent to know the objective of the website before adventuring into
it.

It's very unfortunate but as the others have said bitcoin transactions are irreversible. So there is no way to get your money back. Best case for you here would be to either contact support at the website, however if you think its fraudulent then it's unlikely that will help.

Apart from that you could file a complaint with local authorities I dont know how effective this would be as it would be dependent on which country you are from as this isn't really effective in a lot of countries with poor ineffective law enforcement.

But might as well make a complaint, even if you can't get your money maybe it will help ensure some one else doesn't make  the same  mistake

As anyone said above Bitcoin is irreversible and you can't get back your coins after you send it.

You need to stay away if anyone say they can get back your coins after deposit xxx amount to him, because it's scam!

Bitcoin is not paypal. Your transactions are irreversible. The only way to get your money is if they decide to send your bitcoins back, after you ask them politely.

And yes, you're secretly advertising the company.
