You're pretty much there...

Bitcoin Install dir is where you installed the Bitcoin Core application files to, so that looks correct.
The Bitcoin Home dir is actually where the wallet.dat and blocks folder is, so in your case, it would be the "D:\Bitcoin Wallet\Data" directory

Note: it will likely say "offline" when you initially start it up until it has built the database and scanned for transactions... This can take quite a long time.

Final comment before anyone responds. I am looking for an answer formulated somewhat like the following:

Go to file -> setting.

Select the following path for "Bitcoin Install Dir": D:\bitcoin wallet\Bitcoin
Select the folloinwg path for "Bitcoin Home Dir": D:\Bitcoin Wallet\Armory

I see a lot of answers to similar questions talking about commands which i have no knowledge of how to use, or answers that oversimplifies the pathing selection.

I am sure everyone will point me towards several similar questions which have already been resolved, but i have been unable to use ANY answers, and already spent several hours trying to resolve my problem.

I completely new to cryptocurrency so i will walk you through what i have done, and my understanding of the software:

I have installed Bitcoin core, and i am currently 1% away from having downloaded the blockchain.
I have installed Armory and created a wallet and a paper backup.
It is my understanding that armory will function as my wallet, and will synchronize with Bitcoin core to update with new transactions.

Since i do not have a lot of space on my C drive, i wanted to do everything on my extra drive (D).

I have created a folder called "Bitcoin wallet", with 3 folders: Armory, Bitcoin (which is bitcoin core) and Data (where the blockchain is being downloaded to).

When i open armory it is in offline mode and says "prepearing databses" 0% progress on this. I am under the impression that i have to change something regarding the "Bitcoin install Dir" and the "Bitcoin Home dir"
Would anyone kindly walk me through the process?

As mentioned, i apologize for asking such a trivial question which surely has been answered many times. I hope that the problem does not occur simply because the blockchain is not yet finished downloading.
