I think I've found a software. Thanks. I didn't know it is possible.
Its easy to recover the deleted files on windows by simply downloading file recovery softwares, we can't do anything only if we formatted the drives.
As for the formatted drives, there's still a way to retrieve it.

Easeus is one of the software that's very common in data recovery. But if you will take time to search for the other methods, you can watch it on YouTube that some experts can easily retrieve formatted drives even for ten times or more.

Hi, I had a file called "ap.js" and I replaced it with another file called "ap.js". Is there any way to get the old file back?
You can use Recuva, I have used that software in the past to recover deleted files, just make sure you stop any download you may have as for the most part once you delete a file you are not really deleting that file but marking that space as being freely available to the OS which could eventually use it if new space is required on the hard drive.

Since you only replaced the file and you did not safely deleted it then the recovery should in theory come with no problem.

I think your gonna need to download some third-party applications that recover deleted/overwritten files.

I'm not sure but this is what I do when I accidentally deleted important files in my computer I downloaded applications that recover deleted files but depending on your storage unprioritized files would be a lot and it would difficult to find a single file when recovering. Also, some of this application are paid but I guess you could find some that are free to use, you could always find tutorials in youtube.
