I have such a problem with my wallet too. Any suggestions, guys?
What is exactly your problem? Can you explain it more details? Did you have wallet file or seeds but don't know how to use it or something else?

Guys, I am desperate for help! I have my wallet file corrupted, and I don't know what to do with it. Do you think some tools for file recovery will work for this purpose? Help!

Hi,

Today I found an old wallet back up. But it was in word format and not in the .dat, .aes.json, or .json format. How do I recover the wallet? This is what the beginning looks like : {"pbkdf2_iterations":5000,"version":2,"payload":"

Another question: I found another wallet with a 20-word phrase, it has the words Fenn and Gethsemane in it.
I know that these two wallets are not related.

Any help is appreciated!
Thanks

Usually wallets can be imported by different programs. Have you tried importing it with Electroneum or Bitcoin.com? Give it a shot maybe it will work.
