You can sell them inside your ripple wallet. There is an XRP/BTC market inside the wallet itself. Afterwards, you can send your bitcoins to any address you like from your ripple wallet.
I can buy some of your XRP (assuming they are low volume) with XPM.
Register an account with Kraken.com and send the ripples to your deposit address. You can buy and sell ripples like any other crypto currency. I believe Bitstamp does the same, but you need to wait for verification if you don't already have an account.
