By the way, I also registered cheap TLDs with Pananames. The renewal price is known in advance for 10 years in advance.
Okay, I'll also try to use the services of this registrar.

Here is a good tutorial on how to make transfer work, it uses GoDaddy as an example

I understand you. I've read a lot of disturbing stories about domain name blocking. And I would not work with this registrar either. It is more convenient for me to work with Fozzy hosting and https://pananames.com/ registrar. Because there are adequate prices not only for renewal, but also for domain name restoration. There have been no problems for at least the last 4 years. That is how long I have been using the services of this registrar.

If money is an issue, then definitely read how much you'll be charged. As this can go up to 100$ depending whare you would like to transfer.
Read the insctruction of your hosting provier and contact support Smiley

My advice, keep it at GoDaddy. Tbh its not hard at all. You'r choice completely.

I think there is nothing complicated. You can find the functionality you need in the admin panel of your registrar. Or write to support.

Can I transfer my domain name to another registrar? How hard is it?
I registered my domain name through Godaddy registrar. The domain name will expire in 40 days. Or I need to renew the service. What can you advise to do?
