You can do it via Crypto.com. I did Transferwise with them. Be aware that they require full KYC disclosure.

Yes I came across Paxful in my searching, however the counterparties rarely offer more than 1000EUR trades and the premiums go anywhere from 5 - 20%! Highway robbery!
