Thanks for @charls Tim you have made me learn two things today. 1. How to insert image using the link above. 2 how I cancel an order which I have not done before, but just trying to do it myself thanks.

In your images, you might want to do away with the height next time as it might compress the image in an odd way that words and numbers end up difficult to read. You can just edit the width and the image would decrease in size but still proportional.

Anyway, I assume everything's good now, but looking at the image, if "Avbl" means available, it is obvious that it's the only amount you can use. I'm not a user of Mexc exchange but they could do with using the full word instead rather than use an awkward abbreviation; it might just confuse their users.

Does this means that it solved your problem and you just have to cancel the order that you are wanting to withdraw? You really can't withdraw with the funds that you have put on a sell order with the price that you've set. So, as charles tim said, that's all you need to do and if that's the solution that you all need, keeps us updated on what has happened next. Cheers.
He probably figured it out and got sorted. On the screenshot next to the frozen amount, there is a link to details. Clicking on it would provide OP with a clear answer as to why his funds were frozen.
Yeah, nice that he had figured it out and seems that everything is good to him now even he won't be back here.
Anyway, if ever he's back here he needs to lock the topic since the purpose was already served and he's got all the answer already and no need to contact any support for him.

If the OP use limit order and the trade has not yet been filled. Bitcoin trading volume is high, and high on MEXC. He can see where he can cancel the order (that is not yet filled) below where he placed the order. He can cancel it and change the 'limit order' to 'market order' to convert the coin.

Although, we do not yet certain if this is what OP is talking about or not. Uploading the screenshot here on this forum would be good for us to know what is actually going on with him on MEXC.

Just like what is said above this doesn’t look like a frozen coin. The frozen coin sometimes comes with warning from the exchange. So it is definitely about you not having the knowledge to swap this coins. You need to wait for the limit order to fill since that is the default on Mexc trading and I believe that’s what you choose. But for future occurrences use market and not limit for instant swap. Also make sure the amount you’re swapping is ok enough because Mexc actually is a limit, but that full $20+ is more than enough.

What could be the possible cause? I don know how to insert the screenshort for you to see what I mean.
You can use https://talkimg.com

To use it:
Click on 'start uploading image'. It will take you to the images you have on your gallery that you want to upload,  select the image that you want to upload and upload it. After you click on upload, you will see the 'BBCode full' link. Paste the image link on this forum.

You can adjust the height and width of the image by adjusting the number below, that you see on the image link that you want to upload.

Code:
[img width=300 height=200]the link[/img]

MEXC is a centralized exchange. Contact the exchange customer care if you have a frozen fund.

But likely that your fund is not frozen. You need to explain what actually happened. Or you place a limit order and the order has not yet filled. Check if you have an order that is not yet filled.

Bit if your find is truly frozen, contact the exchange customer care.
