First things first, your private key should remain PRIVATE. As others mentioned, your wallet is at risk of being maliciously compromised. Your wallet should have a send feature where you would enter the address of the wallet where you wish to send the funds to. I hope this helps!

Well private keys only allow the transactions to happen on your desired wallet/address. They are the ones who authorize the spending on your wallet and it is really a vital part of your bitcoin activity since once it is compromised, there is a high chance that you'll be losing all your funds. Do you have any problems in getting a private key on a wallet that you are currently using?

That question is difficult to understand. Perhaps you should explain what you want to do.
The wallet uses a private key to sign a transaction in order to prove that you have the right to send the bitcoins and to prevent anyone else from modifying the transaction.
