Unemployment is a big issue in world. Crypto market gives many peoples employment. Because, you can earn money by investing a small amount in this market.
That's not employment but just another opportunity.

Those unemployed can't depend on the market as early as they've started knowing it. They need to go through experiences and several ups and downs for them to be reliant on it. But it is for sure that there are too many folks that are reliant on the crypto market as their source of living.

Women face different issues in job. So, if they work in crypt market they can earn money from any place. So, its a best field for women. We can promote crypto from social media platforms. They are the best source for promoting anything. So, share crypto related posts on social media accounts. I think its a best way. If anyone know another way can share here about how more women get involved in crypto.
There are opportunities and job employment that they can work and get paid with crypto. It's becoming common today that job posts are being applied and when you look at the payment, they're paying in stable coins or bitcoin or any crypto you or they prefer.

Just recently, I saw a project trying to get more women to be involved in cryptocurrency by organizing a pageantry, and then asked for application.
My question is, is this really the best way to involve women in cryptocurrency? Is there no better way to get them involved? Because, frankly speaking, cryptocurrency is more of a masculine affair than a feminine thing. So how do we balance this imbalance in the Crypto space?

Cryptocurrency has a lot of risk and that is not what women like involving themselves in. About the pageantry  I think that is a wrong way to involved women in the industry. Make them understand that they are into an investment industry and should understand the risks involved not sugar coating it like some places for fun and wearing beautiful clothes.
The more cryptocurency go mainstream, we will have more woman joining. For now let the men build the foundation as they can handle risk more.
I think from all this that cryptocurrencies and women have an analogy with the careers or professions they choose, in my case when I studied electronic engineering, the number of women was very few, it is something similar to the participation of women in cryptocurrencies , very few are interested, I think that most women like to do work where they feel they should have a salary plus a fixed work schedule and interaction with other people, cryptocurrencies do not see them as something so attractive due to that there is a lot of time that they must spend investigating, inquiring, reading books, among other things, most of the women have another type of dynamic, it is more focused on the social, of course there are the exceptions that are interested, but it is a smaller percentage.

Women are less likely to be seen investing in crypto because there are some behaviors that only men can endure, and i think most of the women are hesitant when it comes to new and risky investments. But men are more aggressive and have high focus than women. However, there are also few number of women that are exceptional and they invest in the market with a fearless mind. But that does not divert the fact that there are more men in crypto than women.

Personally, I can say that now there are a lot of women who are involved in cryptocurrency. The fact is that it was women who attracted me to engage in cryptocurrency. And now I’m just surprised that at the moment there are few women on the crypto market who are engaged in cryptocurrency. And from all that has been said, we can say that men and women of different ages are engaged in cryptocurrency.
It's not surprising then because as long as we're tech savvy, its get easier to access and know more about crypto. And women are mostly talented and have their own skills that will make them excel in such fields. No wonder why one of those women has convinced you to engage in crypto. However, women are mostly exposed in not so high risk investments, and crypto industry is well dominated with males. But if they are given chances to explore into crypto, that will be the start that women will occupy a high percentage in crypto investing.

Everyone is competing to build a business with cryptocurrency, which even involve women, like, ambassadors, or community supporters, even selling them on the app, well I don't think there is anything we can do because cryptocurrency is not under any protection, if we try to trying to ban it, of course it would be in vain, just let it be is better.

Being a woman or not, that involves in such development, is not actually a big deal as everyone is equal. We are now in a generation where gender is not a big thing in terms of professionalism. If we see such women involved in crypto, then what we have to point out there is that crypto is now being popular since it's now reached the hands of everybody.

The awareness is now growing even as we speak and that's good to fuel more crypto popularity in the near future.
I guess there is no such careers today where women is not involved. And when it comes to crypto having a high risk, most of the women are risk takers especially if they treat their own as breadwinners in the family so there is nothing that they are not capable to. And as long as crypto generates a good mount of income, smart women always seize every opportunity especially in crypto wherein all are given equal opportunities to earn.

What I know is that people will naturally get involved in the crypto world and of their own accord to get involved here. and why there are fewer women here because most women are not very familiar with the crypto world and usually men also prefer a challenge. even so, it doesn't mean that women can't follow Crypto, many women who are involved in the crypto world are even successful with Crypto in my country but the population is less. don't care about that for sure as long as people think Crypto is profitable, of course, they will jump into it whether it's a man or a woman both have the same position.

Most women don't want to take risks by investing in cryptocurrencies, moreover negative campaigns in various media increasingly make women not want to invest in cryptocurrencies.
How do you know this? Any research that can support your statement? So far, I don't see any differences between women and men in crypto. Both can be fear and brave to use their money, depending on how good their understanding is. People who understand how the potential in crypto, will be brave to invest or trade. They know how to deal with the risks in crypto trading or investment. So, it is not about gender, but about knowledge of the individual.

We all know that there is already gender equality these days, as women is already capable of what men can do. Gone are those days where women only stay at home and just wait for their partners to give them their income. I guess as long as money is involved, it will always motivate men and women to take the risk, and crypto is not an exemption to it. Everything in crypto can be learned so there's no reason that women cannot be involved and excel in crypto. As long as the knowledge, skill, the right mindset, and patience is present, any interested women can get involve in crypto, provided that she's also ready to accept losses aside from making profits alone.

The cryptocurrency target is actually not just women or a certain gender, because all cryptocurrency projects target anyone who already has money to invest with, no matter what gender they are, but they always prioritize investors who have a lot of money.

I don't think that there needs to be balanced anything. If a woman is interested into crypto there is nothing that is preventing her from joining the crypto-space and investing into the crypto projects that she likes. It's just the reality that overall men are more interested in technology and therefore also in cryptocurrencies than women and people just need to accept that. I never like that concept of "We need to have more woman in the IT sector or in the mechanical engineering sector". If a woman wants to have a job in those sectors then again, there is nothing that prevents her from learning those jobs or studying those subjects.

not all women have the will like men in terms of crypto, the outline has the soul of a brave man,is brave in responding to price problems that often change,,actually for me women have more strong instincts in reading market movements and are very careful.to make a decision, especially in terms of buying and selling.
but all of that is returned to the nature of a woman herself whether she can do the same thing that is done by men in terms of looking for projects in the bounty that must spend all the time risking rest time too..

Crypto is quite a complicated thing and the technology here is still very raw. Also the interfaces here are not very user-friendly, so women (mostly) can't use all these projects normally. Time and money will solve this problems, we just need to wait a bit.
It seems not for a while because from what I see now crypto is getting easier with the many developments that come every year so there are many directions and choices that can be used by everyone who has more ability to do this.

Teach them to get profit here through investment, no need to involve them in dating apps, just by getting profit from investment, it will be easier for them to believe in cryptocurrency, no need to force it, because I believe everyone needs money.

We shouldn't have to involve women in cryptocurrency. We are here to earn money and invest, being feminine is not suitable here, maybe some women can mine, trade, even invest here, but not to force them to come here.

Women in crypto have been popular enough, sin;t it?
I mean that it is not new again to attract women into cryptocurrency.
We know how their involvement actually so far in some projects, marketing strategy, financial system, and many more elements. We can also find some women as traders, investors, and also other participants in the crypto industry. although crypto is considered masculine, in fact, women can also make it true, they are also great in the crypto industry and many are survived here.

I agree, we have plenty of women in crypto. Finance world has been lacking woman all the time, tech world is sort of in the same direction as well, the rate that woman work in these industries is very low. Maybe they do not like it as a profession, or maybe they are not looked at like companies look at a male candidate, I am not smart enough to know which one it is. However, it is known that crypto has a higher rate than both of those industries, since we are combined version of it. Plus the "there is a chance you could earn money very quickly with art" of NFT really helped woman get into it as well.

Cryptocurrency has no gender preference, we all have the same opportunity here and it will depend on them if they are willing to take the risk or not nut women are always welcome here, there’s no bullying in cryptocurrency since we are buying because of the project not because of your gender.
You are right. There are no rules of a specific gender to join crypto, everyone can join if they are interested and have the intention to learn. Men or women are welcomed to join as long as they know how to invest or trade properly in crypto. I am sure there are many women involved in crypto right now because they can easily do it anywhere. Crypto makes everyone be easier to trade or invest, even a housewife can easily do it because they only need a smartphone and no need to go anywhere. This makes me suspect many women are involved in crypto right now.

I think this is the time for women to engage in crypto because if men can do it, women are capable too as they become more competitive these days in all aspects of life.

I don't understand the key purpose or any importance involving women. No pun intended but is there any significance or impact if women got involved in crypto? I mean, regardless of gender, everything should be in general. There's no such thing for me that there will be any big changes if women got involved.

The bottom line is, just let those women involve themselves in crypto without doing any attempts that they should have to.

It's all about being into techies and stuffs. Most women I had talked with about technologies just don't seem to be interested at all. It's not all about that money, risks, and investment stuffs.
Maybe there are a lot of women in crypto, and they are just not too "talkative" about them being involved in crypto unlike us dudes.
I too feel the same. Women involvement is low, but there are good number of women making use of cryptocurrency as a form of investment.

Women aren't much into technology, but they learn easily if they get attracted to it. One of my brother's wife working for banking support have got good portfolio of bitcoin with leading altcoins. She does it as an investment than for regular trading. Maybe women aren't so talkative regarding their holdings, that's the reason we doesn't find much women into crypto space.

Maybe they need more self education for crypto and if they can do it with due diligence, then they can start to dwell with crypto. Nowadays, as long as money is involved, both men and women are very eager to grab the opportunities. Its just that women easily gets tired especially if they face losses in their first attempts, but that happens to all first timers i think.

Maybe because crypto demands a higher risk and women are more into playing safe and are afraid to venture into high risk investments. But if they can be educated about having crypto and the advantages on it towards fiat, i guess that's the time they will get interested in it. I also think women are more dependent on their partners so they usually never mind engaging into crypto as that would mean bigger losses once not properly managed.

women's willingness to join in the crypto world depends on their hobbies.
Not only women, all men also join crypto based on their hobbies or their passions. It is a common thing, even it is not only in crypto. In other job fields, people join a certain job because of their own hobbies or passions.

Well, I think the majority of women don't have a passion for this.
It is wrong. There are many women who worked in crypto and be experts. The abilities of both women and men are the same, no different. But women prefer to hide their identities, unlike men who want to publish their crypto jobs to the public. So, I am sure the majority of women have positions in crypto, it is no different than men.

All projects are free to use their business strategy and use women as a bigger attraction for investors to enter the project and from the past there have also been many women who have entered the crypto world so there is no harm in them also joining crypto.

cryptocurrency I think for everyone there is no prohibition for anyone whether it is male or female and why are more men involved in crypto because men have strong mentality men dare to take risks and I think many women do not dare to take risks and women do not ready to lose, so for women to want to get into crypto they need to learn about the basics of crypto maybe they will enter after they understand crypto.
It depends because there are men who doesn't like to take big risk. For example, me I am afraid to take big risks when it comes to crypto gambling but my girl encourage me to do it.

There are female that are risk takers most especially if they are alone with their kids and their husbands leave them. They need to be strong and strive to raise their kids all by themselves. They can get involved in crypto because it can help them earn money but we men do not notice that because no one have done a survey yet if what is the percentage of male and female that are involved in crypto's. There is no masculinity involved here because we do not lift heavy weights here.

You could've provided a link to that certain project and be specific on how they organise the pageant and applications.
There were actually a lot of women who's involved into cryptocurrency, though there were more men than women but I don't see anything "masculine" about cryptocurrency. It is for everyone and there is no gender biases to it, I don't know what you're trying to point out here.
Maybe the project was just trying to advertise their product because that certain pageantry is popular?

well, women's willingness to join in the crypto world depends on their hobbies. Well, I think the majority of women don't have a passion for this. however, if you want to attract them, there are many ways, namely by providing education, training, and employment related to cryptocurrencies. however, the most effective thing is to invite and educate them.

I also think that women are as involved as the men in crypto, but they are not just vocal and do not show it as much as the men do. When it comes to mental capacity, I think that one are also capable to take the pressure and risk of entering the market and making their way within. Although, no one could attest on the ratio if men and women are balanced or imbalanced in the crypto world.

Maybe because crypto is more towards technology so more men are involved in it, but I believe the number of women involved in crypto is also not small, because crypto prioritizes anonymity so many do not consider it too important to reveal their gender, and balancing between men and women involved in crypto is not important because there are always jobs and others that will indeed be dominated by a certain gender.

I think women think it's easy,

You mean they do not think it is easy? I believe that is what you meant to write there. Yes that is it. Cryptocurrency is complicated in a way and women like to avoid anything like that. It is not that we do not have them in here but they are very few. Stocks are also not easy but what makes it appealing to women can be that it has to do with only simply investing and leaving it for a few years to become profitable. Cryptocurrency is more complicated than just buying and selling. There is also issues of wallets and online and offline security of it.

Well there ae so many ways, when I was a starter in this field, my girlfriend doesn't know a thing about crypto. Later on when I told her I have earned some penny doing bounty and stuffs, she was attracted to it. The thing is most girls are materialistic, so she was interested and later on invested in BTC. That is why you should learn first and teach them how does it work. Now second you should have at least a women to try to attract using crypto so if you don't have one, now is the time to look for. When I told crypto to my sister, she did not bother hearing a single word. So I told her I earned some free money in here and then the next thing is she was interested and learned stuffs leading to her buying so many altcoins. They want to hear free stuffs first then I somewhat learn some of them are greedy, leading to them buying more coins.

Yea, I think I like your approach to it. Learn first, get results before attempting to teach them.
When they don't see you succeeding in it, they may be discourage and don't even wanna hear you talk about it.

I am not sure if the number of men in the crypto space will be more than women because we do not have the right number of those involved in crypto. Maybe women are involved in crypto without us knowing and they do not show themselves on social media or other websites because they think it is better to work in crypto secretly. There should be a reason for that as a crypto user can have the freedom to show themselves in public or stay silent without telling others. Women can get involved in crypto in their way, and I am sure they already have it without telling them so we can let them like that.

Just recently, I saw a project trying to get more women to be involved in cryptocurrency by organizing a pageantry, and then asked for application.
Women love money, something beautiful, pageantry, and also other trendy performances. Moreover, women are easier to be triggered and attracted to love something moreover when another popular woman has been also right here.
This may be not really right by attracting women to do that, but as long as they also learn about crypto, why not? Not only following others to be involved in the cryptocurrency.

My question is, is this really the best way to involve women in cryptocurrency? Is there no better way to get them involved? Because, frankly speaking, cryptocurrency is more of a masculine affair than a feminine thing.
As far as I know, nowadays, many women have been in the crypto industry, this is not about masculinity or others. Crypto is for everyone. We also don't know exactly if people behind the members here are only men or there are many women also. And we can also see some teams included in the projects are also women.
So, it is not about masculinity, but about who wants to be involved in crypto industry, ready for the development, love analysis, and also love cryptocurrency

Men are more prone to abstract thinking. For this reason, we like to deal more with intangible assets like cryptocurrencies. :) This assumption cannot be generalized to the whole society. However, it is largely true. On the other hand, women have better premonitions than men. This is how the decisions of the evolutionary process developed. Let's respect the choices please. Cryptocurrencies are open to the whole universe. Let's not force anyone. Let everyone be here of their own free will. :)

~ frankly speaking, cryptocurrency is more of a masculine affair than a feminine thing.
How can you conclude this? What makes you think crypto is more suitable for men?
In my opinion, crypto is for everyone, with no limitation for gender. No matter you are a man or woman, if you are interested in crypto, you can join it at any time. Regarding there is a crypto project which prefers to gather women, there is no problem with this. Each project has its own goals, the developer has the right to involve man or woman.

~ how do we balance this imbalance in the Crypto space?
We don't need to do anything. Each person has their own interest. He/she will be on the project that he/she wants on her/his own, we don't have to set them up.

I understand what you are saying but I do not think there is anything to fix, there have been some studies that show that when it comes to investing on average men are risk takers while women are risk adverse, this explains very easily why we see such a disparity on the number of men and women we see in the market, so eventually this disparity will solve itself when bitcoin becomes more stable and then women will invest in bitcoin, now this will create a disparity on the amount of bitcoin held by each group, but that is normal as the one that takes the highest risk is the one that gets the biggest reward.

you don't need to entice women to join this crypto market. because they will join on their own accord. most want an assurance of their funds because they are usually the ones managing their home budget. so they don't need to be screwed with their crypto investments. this is why a lot want a concrete plan for their funds not going to high risk investments. maybe they will, but only few can afford to go the extra mile here. especially if they are not very wealthy to afford unexpected losses.

I wonder why you necessarily need to bring more women into cryptocurrencies? There is no gender barrier. Anyone can participate if they want to. Cryptocurrencies may be too technical for many and that may be why few women are into the field. There is a reason why women are in the minority in courses like computer science or mechanical engineering and clearly in the majority in courses like social science or business administration.

I don't know about the title 'money women' maybe you talking about women that are billionaires? The first person that talked about BTC to me in 2010 was a lady if what you thinking is we have less to none women in this space you are wrong, today many women are involved in crypto space than you could ever imagine.

I know there are many women who are involved with crypto. Now, as far as I know, if so many women could be in crypto, then the amount in crypto world might be huge. But it is also important that women be encouraged more so that more newcomers will be interested in entering the crypto market. This crypto market is getting bigger every day so that all classes of people are joining the crypto market, so it is important to make women more interested here.

It's a mistyped or autofill correction and OP intended to put "more" instead of money. Well, in his first sentence he said it.

That's true, there's no more gender discrimination in cryptocurrencies. It is for everyone and the number of women investing in crypto is getting higher per year. And that's where it is going that no one can stop. So forget about that gender inequality if it's about crypto.

I beg to differ with that, OP. I have saw a lot of women, from ordinary to influential ones like entrepreneurs, celebrities, beauty queens and vloggers that have shared that they are into cryptocurrency for years know but aren’t just vocal about it on their platforms before. I think that there are women who are equally crypto enthusiasts as with men but still men are on a greater population. But, nevertheless, women are also thriving their way into the crypto world.

Trident Protocol | Simple «buy-hold-earn» system!
Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency is visible in different social media. It is present everywhere because of internet and I believe women's are already aware about it. The only problem is how and when they will engage in crypto industry because it needs knowledge for them to understand how crypto works. But I believe that if women are interested to earn through crypto, they will find a way to learn about it.

I don't think there is any specific way or the best way to get women involved and mind you quite a number of women are already deeply involved in blockchain and crypto,
Getting involved in crypto has more to do with individual mindset and not gender base imo, anyone who finds this space interesting enough will join regardless of their gender, what matters most is the interest, ones there's interest whatever way the information is passed across will be acknowledged, it doesn't necessarily require feminine advertisement to attract them.

We actually don't need to have pageantry just to convince or drag women in crypto, but we can actually lure them by explaining them that they can earn money on crypto. For sure the possibilities to earn can wake up their interest on crypto and I have known so many girla are into crypto and mostly of them are taking this opportunity to gain extra income to feed their families.

We all have different risk level that we can take and some women are that not risk taker that’s why they are not into crypto yet but soon they’ll come for sure especially if the mass adoption begin. Crypto is for everyone, we can also guide other people and tell the prod and cons of crypto, women just need the right information to begin with.
Its true that women are not getting the proper knowledge behind crypto and block chain .You said really they will surely use it when mass adaption become start .I think the world are really going to adapt into the crypto and digital transaction .What really help to the women to attend on that .I have started to tech my wife and all of my sister to use it and they are really excited about it to use .I think that's how the situation will be changed  .One more think you mentioned is really important the risk factor where women mostly nothing have to invest on it where everything control by us .So that here is the lacking to come here on this platform .I think one day the question won't be raised to compare it when the world totally turn into the blockchain and crypto .

Why distinguish between women and men? Is it problematic if women are in crypto? I just found out that cryptocurrency is more of a masculine affair than a feminine thing. I think the crypto world is wide open to anyone and provides benefits for those who try.

It will not be wrong if you say it is a masculine affair because cryptocurrency has more percentage of males than females in it. This shows that women like easily understood concept than to be faced with something tasking. Doing a pageantry to draw attention of women to it will not be a bad idea but it will not keep them interested if they are not shown how to make money from it. Women like money, more than men. Anything that will not bring money and fame will not attract women's interest.

why not , all women when dealing with money will definitely want to learn and pursue especially in crypto can provide financial freedom without having to leave homework and responsibilities as a wife.
I don't think there's any masculine or feminine words in crypto, why is it because the traders work behind the scenes

Feminine and masculine are only used as promotional tools when there are seminars or education about the crypto project itself

I think that was the wrong notion crypto is not a masculine industry because in my country there's a lot of women involved in cryptocurrency development like programmers/developers woman today are also involved in IT development so they are also knowledgeable in the cryptocurrency field in fact there's a women CEO of a crypto company that involved in a payment and transportation services in my country and I believe in other countries too.

Why such discoveries that women are not interested in cryptocurrency? What's wrong with them?
You forget that the Internet is available to everyone and everywhere. Therefore, learning about cryptocurrencies, for those who are interested, is not a problem today. I can say more, if a woman is seriously interested in cryptocurrencies, she will study them gradually and thoroughly. Which will ultimately lead to her success.  Smiley

This doesn't make any sense at all. Could you provide more details as to how cryptocurrency is involved in all of this? What kind of application are they asking? It's an unnecessary move if I'm to base it on your description since they can hold a pageantry successfully without crypto.

You should ask hot do we balance women/men imbalance in investing general because it's the same problem. But there are ton of females in crypto already, it feels it's almost more then in traditional finance. Maybe because of volatility, as it creates a possibility for financial freedom. Also it creates a possibility of getting broke but that's crypto for you.

There's no need for that. Just tell them that crypto is all about money and for sure that they're going to get themselves involved. That's the reality, everyone wants to have more money, and investing in crypto is a no-brainer for them if they happen to understand what it is.
I know that there are those projects that are trying to onboard as many women as they can but there's really no need for that. Crypto is already open for it even if there are no projects like that.

You didn't refer to which project you are talking about how could we suppose to comprehend it?

Because, frankly speaking, cryptocurrency is more of a masculine affair than a feminine thing. So how do we balance this imbalance in the Crypto space?
Well, that is debatable, cryptocurrencies offer an advancement in many aspects of life. But it is worth noting before to proceed further we rather should solve things that have urgency the most. Lack of user knowledge about personal security like how to keep their assets safe and how to interact, so does, with getting most the benefit of cryptocurrencies to get maximized is surely better than trying to look around for the gender gap. Also, the way of how cryptocurrencies protocol behaves about interoperability are still getting maturely developed, I believe it is inefficient to use cryptocurrencies yet knowing there are many altcoins offering the same services for most people.

As soon as the space is growing maturely, and there is clarity in terms of scalability, etc and truth be told a regulatory certainty, most of the people no matter what is their gender is, will surely try to make the most of opportunity here.
