I usually joining the signature bounty campaign because it has high percent of payment for the bounty hunters compare to the other campaign but be sure that the projects you want to promote is not a scam check it first their documents before joining.

before I choose a signature campaign, first look at the concepts they offer and also the background of the team. I think before joining you should see the WP of the project. Learn about the work team, project feasibility, and reliability of BM. Also check the project website. I don't spend too much time choosing Bounty. I just look at the bounty manager and investor of the project. If it meets my requirements, I will participate, but sometimes the bounty that I missed is very successful.
Am of the opinion that choosing a project to participate in the bounty campaign should be considered carefully. I believe that the same due diligence that is required for making a financial commitment on a project should be undertaken before joining the bounty program to avoid issues of making looses as a result of failed project.
There are several bounties launched daily, and every person has their opinion as regards the criteria for choosing a bounty program to join. Am more concerned about the duration of a project. I'm of the opinion that there's no perfect indication of a successful project. So I make my decision based on the reward and the timing of the bounty to avoid working too long for a project without gaining much.

this question is difficult to answer. there are different approaches for the selection.
i like to stick with well-known bounty managers and only look at the project in the second step.

Hi, usually i will join the campaign that have active admins, we can see in their channel or group.
i think bounty campaigns nowadays are not too profitable if we compare with campaigns in last 2 years.
There are some factors to think before join the campaign : whether the project legit or not, allocation reward, duration, requirements, and rules.
i choose to be a wiser guy when it comes to participating bounties by investigating and look for better information about the project like IEO or ICO sales is going pretty well and checking the team and its community if its alive and kicking . The team of the project is usually top of my priority. How they handle the project is of utmost importance to me. If the project has a trusted, reputable, industrious and professional team, then there is nothing to fear.

I prefer to follow a good bounty manager rather than having to bother analyzing a new project. Most new projects have a good whitepaper but many are scam, this happens in 2018. A good bounty manager will certainly do research and also survey about projects that will be handled because his reputation does not want to be damaged

I suggest you close this topic and search for forum posts again. Don't post an old news like this.
In past it was not so difficult because many quality campaigns were there but things have changed now. So we have to be extremely selective. I only prefer participating in Airdrop/Bounty Campaign that have good listing on top sites. I will not really just prefer them opening a thread and that’s all. The reason is that a lot of campaign are 2-3 months, and I just don’t want to lose that time for something I am not sure about it’s just too risky.
I am writing down 20 campaigns that were posted on Bitcointalk during the week just from bounty description. Than I am visiting their websites and after looking at them I am sorting 10 campaigns out. The next step is the whitepaper and after looking at them, you usually have 2 campaigns left, which are great.
I choose bounty campaigns that are already on exchange. Secondly, I choose those with a working product hence the project will always be alive. I also check those with a higher bounty allocation and a shorter time frame, mostly less than two months.

But the easiest way to find a profitable bounty is by looking at 2 places
1. Look at the bounty thread and discover the bounty allocation versus the total supply
2. Secondly; go to the project telegram group; every answers are there.
3. Neglect whitepaper, neglect partnership; true details lie in the chat group of the project
Regarding the duration of the campaign, each participant has a different answer. But it is important. In my opinion, the more important factor of the duration of the campaign is the team. The duration has something to do with the roadmap.

For me, this is also a private matter. If the Bounty manager is a well-known and trusted person, he will never spoil his reputation scamming people. This is the main criteria for making this choice. The type of Bounty activity means a lot also. Sometimes, it is more profitable to deal with one difficult well-paid task than with several cheap but easy ones.
Sometimes it's best to go for projects that takes a short term and pays decently, that way you can finish it up quickly and then focus on other projects as well… than long term projects that will waste your time and at the end will make no single sense. I always check the website and if it looks like every other ICO website and provides nothing but a platform to collect funds then already Flags are up. If they just have the bounty thread and Ann and that website and some social media it isn't good enough since every project does that. Their website needs to look different and function differently from others to stand out or otherwise it just a project that has been copied. Most projects already share the same template for their Ann threads and Bounty thread, if they also share the same website design then it looks just like a copy-paste project.
Although a lot of prize campaigns are launched, the first factor of trust must be considered in the prize campaign, do your research first on the prize campaign that will be followed. The prize campaign platform that I believe in now is bountyhive.
The price doesn't mean a lot and i tell you about the old bounty like pundi and it's not putting a lot of prizes but the participants are getting a lot of the money caused by it was doing very good job on its development progress and i can say that the result of your effort will depend on how the developer will be doing its progress or the result of its progress.

I agree that the duration of the campaign is very important if the project is good and investors can see that it has potential then a short duration is enough to get funded.
the composition of the team is very important too, they should be real people and real experts in their field, not photoshopped or fake account coming from LinkedIn, Linkedin is very notorious so many fake people with fake credentials.
The project should have a unique concept not a copy of the existing or past projects, and it should have a potential in the market, so many projects cannot keep up because they failed to generate support, because the market that they want to target is not sustainable.
I personally prior to joining the project prioritize the concept and also the experience of the team in developing a previous project, if the team has a good reputation in managing the project ico most likely the project will also produce good results. for the duration I'm not too focused with that, how long the duration of the project goes as long as their team is great and their concept or road map is good I will certainly follow.
To tell you the truth, it is not easy to know which bounty will turn out to be good or scam, yeah, don't get me wrong about the DYOR stuff and all other things some members posted above because i feel sometimes they are not a enough criteria to determine if the bounty will be good or not, so i usually conclude it to luck, because sometimes after doing all your little investigations project still end up becoming a scam and your effort go to waste.

I am looking for short-term bounty campaigns ,one-two month ,mo more .I am sure if the project is good and interesting for investors it shouldn't last too long to collect soft or hard cap.
Of course you have to evaluate the project from all sides that you consider important for future success. But in choosing a bounty campaign is not the last place is just luck. I think so.
As you know there are various bounties coming every day and also running bounties but you should choose that bounty that has worth and quantity of reward should be more, timing is also important.
I always looking for their product what they make on their project first before starting to promote. Also. I always looking for their bounty duration, I don't want to participate bounty with the duration of more than 3 months...
Another thing to consider is also how the bounty is being presented like having clear set of rules. There are some bounty threads that even some of the experienced managers don't proof read at all. There are contradicting rules which leaves hunters clueless as to which one to follow. This is not usually discussed in bounty threads but I think it is also a good indication of how the campaign is being managed.

The important thing is you must know the project itself is scam or not.
First of all, I will see if that bounty campaigns gain much participants instead of just having 10 - 20 only active members because maybe it's indicated that it would be those scam campaigns. Or just sign up to those campaigns that managed by top managers, because those managers are making sure that they manage legit projects.

Besides that, I usually calculate the allocation with the length of the bounty period. I also analyze projects, products from projects that are ready in the market and use cases are usually more interesting.

I choose, first of all, not the bounty campaign, but the project that conducts it. I also make sure that the campaign does not last too long, because a long campaign is a great chance that you will not be paid. Also during this time you can skip a lot of good bounty campaigns.
The place of careful selection of which bounty campaign to participate in is so paramount so that one will not engage in vain activities at the end of the day. Honestly, I don't really care about bounty managers. It is because usually some of famous bounty managers, only manage a campaign with low budget - means even it's good, you will earn low rewards. I prefer to look deep into the project to find whether it's worth to join or not, it's more comfortable for me and I don't need to blame others if a project fails.

1. the duration of bounty campaign (I usually choose bounty campaign that has a short duration)
2. I prefer to choose bounty campaign that has reached softcap
3. I prefer to participate in bounty campaign with a small number of bounty hunters
4. I see the allocation provided from bounty campaign (at least 1% of total sales and 20% for signature campaign allocation)
5. the manager of bounty campaign always updates stake every week

duration is important but besides duration there is something more important that is the future of the project being followed. and of course the issue of the value of a token or coin project is it feasible? , if I'm currently only looking for tokens that already have a market because I'm lazy to follow a project that is still looking for funds because most of the fate is not very clear after they raise funds.

If we are students and have a final exam, before the event of course we need to prepare ourselves in terms of review, and for us to do that we need to spend time, effort to feed ourselves in knowledge and idea so that we have reason for us to answer those question. Same goes in choosing good bounty, know the background of the projects, whitepaper, team, owner and the concepts if it is realistic or not, check the BM reputation, if it is IEO good, how long it will run? if will run more than 4 months don't join, no definite exact date when will it end something like that.
Choosing a prize campaign must do a lot of research, including researching team members, whether real or fake. Reading Whitepapper and reviewing it, the allocation of gifts is also very important to me. we have to check all their websites, old or new, then what is the response of the community to the Bounty project that we will follow, if positive we continue if our negative stops, look for others.

After joining a lot of bounties and being scammed, I think the safest way is choosing the campaign which pay by cash, and have Escrow. There are a couple of factors, but the two big ones for me from the start are no KYC and if they pay out either tokens or ETH/BTC on a set schedule. There are a number of campaigns that decide to pack it in early and vanish or decide at the end they didn't get the expected funding, and then they don't pay out to the bounty people. So ideally try to find campaigns where you know you'll at least get something no matter what.

yes indeed the duration of the campaign is very important for prize hunters, the longer the duration of the campaign implemented then the fewer gift hunters join. because prize hunters only choose campaigns that have a fast completion duration. other than that another consideration is having a clear direction in the project and the team developing the project. Budget bounty, that's what I'm interested in participating in any bounty here. I never participate in bounty with too low budget and many people participate. That will take me a long time and get very little money
But the budget didn't give you a lot of guarantees if the project will succeed. I just take the ICO or IEO progress to determine the success of the project itself. Sometimes a bounty with low budget can become a lot of money because it has a very good development and then the big bounty worth nothing compared with it. it's not a good indicator.

Well, One of the very good things you have wanted to know is that I share what I do always when I join a bounty project or signature project. Of course, the roadmap of that project is working on the project, and the project's product, the project's partnership, the project's plan also matter in good project. take your time to do reviews on bounties because many bounties are been released daily and many of them are just meaningless so find yourself a meaningful bounty that has something good and new to offer crypto world

I only choose bounties that are being implemented for IEO or about to implement the IEO in the future. Because those projects will certainly be successful and listed in exchange
I will answer your question honestly. I will always look at the salary offer and if the salary is realistic becauae all we know that there are lot of scam now that pretending that they are good campaign and at the end this will fall into scam moment. And I think all of us will look it because the real purpose of bounty hunting is to earn profit and not to waste time.
It is getting harder and harder to find the right campaign. In order to avoid fraud projects I am trying to take part in bounties that already reached their softcap/ are launching an IEO on a big exchange and have a working product.
Besides looking at the duration of the bounty, I also saw the team and the amount of coin allocation they gave to the bounty and the purpose of their listing to go to, and usually it was written on the road map, so we must read the road map first before participating in a bounty.
5-10 bounty daily? maybe not that i noticed. even when the market was booming we rarely have such a high range daily. The limited bounty is the reason for indecisiveness in choice of campaign. You can participate in as many social campaign bounty as you can but signature campaign is limited to every one, one campaign at a time. The signature campaign demands more research for choice

I have not participated in any bounty for quite a long time but if I am to sign up again I would look for campaigns that does not have the "bounty manager or ICO team can change the rule anytime" or those who have escrows, or maybe campaigns by most reputable managers.
First of all, do your own research about that project before you start that bounty. Because there is so many scam project. Then you have to check out their project, team, future updates etc. The next thing is the allocation and participants. Because the rewards will depend on the allocation and participants.

Our target is earning profit so we need to choose the best bounty program to join in. There are many way to earn now, but I prefer join in signature bounty. But if you want to earn from many bounty program, you can join in content and sharing bounty. And remember, choose the bounty which have much reputation to join in.
