Most of the people in our society are always depressed about something, in this case what kind of activities do you do when you are depressed??
I used to hang out with my friends, listen to music or sing, watching movies or anime, playing online games together with my friends.
I know I am lucky enough to have friends who would be there when I need them the most, they were around me and support me when I was depressed.
But the best one for me is talking, letting out your feelings would lessen the heavy feelings that you have.
Sometimes it is not about advices but just an ear that is ready to listen would really help alot.

FYI, depression is a medical condition that needs professional care so whatever you do will not make it go away depending on the severity of the condition whereas stress is something that is common due to work pressure or anything else that stresses us out. Socializing with people will one of the most effective way in most of the times so that you get to meet new people so you forget what stresses you that give enough time to refresh your brain.

Those people that you called "ALWAYS DEPRESSED ABOUT SOMETHING" are the people that knows no contentment or those type of humans that is weak to face each trial in life so instead of fighting they chooses to become depressed and running for anxiety , these type of people are the kind that will never succeed or else will end up suicidal because of this attitude and character.
change it now or be a loser  tomorrow .

Mental health is a sensitive topic but I do think it should be talked about and addressed. For me, things that have helped deal with depression are travelling and enjoying nature. Maybe going to beaches and feeling the sand in between my toes. One of the more practical solutions are resetting and meditation. Making sure I am staying in reality and not being swallowed by my thoughts.

I Don't know with others but me?

My way of depression  relieving is to go on the rides and climb mountains , in there I can shout all my burdens.
not that often but at least once or twice A year  am doing this to regain my composure in life.

we are human and its normal that we feel being depressed  so better to deal with it directly  or else suffer for more.

There are many countries where there are very few mountains and mountain travel is also very difficult and expensive. For these reasons it is not possible for many. Although there are many ways to calm the mind, not all of them work for everyone. Some methods have to be applied differently in all cases.
well your thread is generally asked and we have our own way of relieving depression , this is mine
and I don't know with others but as what i said maybe if they can travel in mountain places where there
is a complete peace and silence ? we can find answers to what are the reason for our depressions , I
know many people is going through this but let us always be reminded that we have family to  lean on

It will be good if you didn't get yourself in anything that will cause you to go through depression in the first place because it is not something you can wish for your enemy not to talk more of you yourself because depression can affect one's mental state at that material time so we should instead not allow anything that will lead us to depression than looking for activities and things to involve in while facing depression because this is basically a time when you are in an emotional breakdown and trauma and nothing you do at that particular time can ease the tension except you are not depressed in the first place.

Personally I like doing my hobbies which include cooking and eating lol.

Eating might not be as recommended as it can give you the tendency to overeat due to emotional distress but for me cooking is one of the things I enjoy. Just the actual process of preparing food makes me focused and forget about other external distractions. I’m just thinking about the food and what’s it’s going to taste like.

I like cooking for a long time at least when I’m not hungry

I find that physical activity makes a great way to improve my mood. Exercising gives you endorphins which are hormones in the brain that basically make you feel happier and reduces stress levels. It doesn’t have to be very intense actually as simple as taking a walk outside can do wonders for your mental health. It’s also great for physical health so you are like hitting two birds with one stone.

This is a very sensitive topic and it is hard to speak for someone else that experiences this and yet some people are saying that this is not a real deal for them.

I am not sure how I overcome these but with anxiety, it happens to me whenever some problems comes to me and  no one is there to help me.

I find entertainment through games and also mostly through word of God.

There are folks that do not believe in such so, no debate but it worked for me.

But in this situation, there are many solutions that I think there will be many sources of information sharing about things to improve the current living space, change attitudes to current life, seek advice from experts,...

I'm not sure if everyone lives like that, but I usually prefer a life closer to nature. Maybe the pressure of life in society makes us not achieve our goal, or we have perfected it and are empty of it. So depending on how they feel about life, each person will have a choice with what they have, realizing what the meaning of their existence is? Respond to the things we live every day, and have a positive attitude towards pressure so we see it as a challenge to overcome.

Listening to music is a really good coping skill for me personally.

I have noise cancelling headphones, and they just work wonders. I do have a kid on the way, so Mabey not the best thing to make a habit out of. Gotta hear the little guy if he needs my attention.  Grin

As for anxiety, it's really hard nowadays with how much our attention span is tested. It feels like there are fifty million things we need to attend to every day, and sometimes it can build up and be a huge driving factor of why someone feels anxious. Being anxious just feels like you're a bomb waiting to explode except the bomb takes 26 years to explode or some shit. At least, that's how it felt for me.

A really good way to deal with depression and anxiety, is to also seek council. That's what you are doing right now, even if it's on a bitcoin forum. Props for that.

There are many people around us who get depressed over small incidents. Again, it is not possible to counsel them in all environments. I think one of the reasons for this is that we are all so busy with everyone else's problems that the environment doesn't matter much.
