This is a poll of how people in the Philippines find work, how are they able to know that jobs are available and how to get those jobs easily. Through experience and surveys, there are four ways of how Filipinos find work in their country: Through the internet, posters, announcements and job fairs.

First, the internet. Social media is a powerful way of disseminating announcements especially for those who are looking for jobs. It can be a great way to inform people that jobs are available in different institutions considering that people nowadays are into surfing and checking their social media accounts. Employers may announce that they are hiring through posting on certain groups in which specific people belong.

Second, through posters. I have seen posters displayed in the bulletin boards along the hallways of our school. Companies may also get a partnership with different universities and absorb their students in the future.

Third, through newspapers. I have read newspapers that announces job vacancies in different companies. This is also a good way for the employers to inform the people that they are hiring since newspapers are distributed through out the country.

Lastly, through job fairs. The government sometimes organizes job fairs that are held on big venues in order to cater a hundred people looking for new jobs. Universities also offer annual job fairs for their graduates.

Those are the four ways of finding jobs in the philippines. I hope this post inspired you to keep chasing your dreams. Nothing's so hard for a person who perseveres.
