If I participate in a company's Twitter, then I just use google document, that's enough for me, in order to fully understand what I need to do and when I need to do it, I think that it can be done with participation in other social programs.

It's been a while, but I've been trying out some spreadsheets to manage my bounty tasks.
I made one that works for me and I would like to share it back to you, so everybody that has the same struggles may find some help with it.

Because I think that it may be of more use in the beginners section I posted it there: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.30978644

I think there are a few good ways to follow the airdrops and bounties you've joined. You can join the telegram groups of the bounties, you can save them as bookmarks, or you can use excel to follow the dates.

I have 4 references to see the progress of airdrop that I follow. Spreadsheed, group or channel from their telegram, thread (if I get information from the forum) and email. All four are optional, sometimes only one they use. The last path if I still doubt the fourth result. I will contact the airdrop manager.

Each airdrop or bounty has its own spreadsheet where you can check your status. Always take a look at the spreadsheet so that you can know your status if you your post or repost are all counted. If you have question in the spreadsheet dont hesitate to ask the bounty manager they will help you.

I'm trying to find a system to keep track of airdrops and bounties I've joined.
Things I'm trying to achieve: Keep track of when to perform an action, check if there is a follow-up, notify myself to retweet or post and of course when to check if a campaign paid me.

Needless to say: I haven't managed sofar... So I'm curious how you do.

I made a spreadsheet where I track everything I need to know/do for the day.

Near every company name in each different column I have every detail I need to know, the day of the start of their pre-ICO/ICO, details about the cost of each token in different stages of the sale, average of the price I get paid every week, tasks I have to do each day, if the project is gaining traction and if I already got paid.
I have some other smaller stuff I track that I check and update every other day.

I think making a new file in our laptop or our android phone is a good idea to keep track of the campaign that we've joined and we can easily to watch the progress. besides that, we can add the links of every campaign to that file so we can check it back later to see if there is a new thing to the managers add or there is any of other announcements about the campaign.

You can keep track of the bounties and airdrops by documenting it on your laptop or andriod notepad. If you document the bounties you are participating then it will be easy to refer to it.

I keep a list using a spreadsheet but there were even times that I just join without jotting it down  Cheesy If its a good airdrop then I'll see it on my wallet but if now then forget about it. Out of those airdrops that I've joined in a couple of months there's only a few of them that has value as of now since it isn't listed on the market yet.

I use sticky notes in my laptop.
I put all the datas i need there. I put the things i need to do for the day, the dates i need to follow and the format for posting in the bounties.
This way, i am organized.

I created an excel worksheet to store airdrop details. Because it is not easy to follow all of them. I put website , wallet, other information and any other information there. And I also follow a few twitter account to follow process. Because sometimes they send tweets how to collect, if there is a second airdrop and so on.

I'm ashamed to say but in 2018 I use a notebook. and not an application in the windows or on the cell, no. an ordinary paper notebook where I write down everything I need to do on bounty companies. Perhaps this is an ancient way, but for me it is so reliable and more familiar.

My advice would be, be selective. Don't just join any old airdrop or bounty programme. If that's something you want to do and invest alot of time in though Excel or Project for keeping track of schedules would seem sensible.

yes, only join with a good airdrop or bounty programs. to do this, you need to search by reading the projects or talk with the dev and the teams so you know their plan creating the projects. after you join one or more programs, maybe you can create a file, for example, a notepad or excel and you can write each of project and save it. so if you make an update, you can directly write in that file and you can track each of programs you've joined.

For airdrops, i haven't manage them intently and just wait on my wallet for their coins to pop-up. Either it comes or not, then be it. As for my bounties, i make my own ledger for it in the excel, I place there the coin, the bounty program i joined in, their specific requirements, the mode of posting and the posting dates, and bounty period. Other than this summary file, I also bookmark bircointalk thread per bounty and the related links like twitter, facebook, linkedIn and their spreadsheet. This is how i manage my bounty campaigns. You may adopt it or improve it more.

I really don't join too much that I can remember on top of my head because I see it as annoying creating several wallets to claim bounties here and there. If its more than say 3 at a time, all I do is just to write out the name on a to-do list on my computer ( when I had one) with the day of the week to do it and follow it through that's pretty all I do.

Exactly. The management of the bounties is quite hard, even if you know excel (and I do know excel Grin).
I'm starting to understand the problem. Maybe I'll figure something out to make it easier.
I'll share it here as soon as I've found something.

Record them in a separate note book and indicate the date you join the airdrop and when the payment will be made. You will also indicate on which platform payment will be made. You can also determine whether the token is already in the exchanger or not.

I am trying to maintain a spreadsheet but it is not that simple if you join over the cellphone as I often do. You often have to like their Twitter channel, Facebook group etc. The most annoying is the Telegram which is now full of channels from airdrop. Hard to keep track on those channels you really would like to follow. I wish Telegram could group channels which would make it alot easier to do this.

For aidrops its just simple and easy, just join telegram groups eg. Crypto Airdrops Tracker, or just frequently visit bitcointalk threads like Announcements (Altcoins) , Tokens (Altcoins) and Bounty (Altcoins) almost everyday you would see them coming.

Thx, good tip, but my questions was how do you keep track on airdrops and bounties you've joined.
Personally I'm still struggling with keeping track of when to post / tweet / etc, when to check if a campaign has registered your contributions and of course when a campaign paid out.
Many people have recommended that you make a spreadsheet and there is a reason for that, you do not need to know a lot about spreadsheets to create one that works for you, unfortunately you are going to have to do the heavy lifting since everyone has their own needs when it comes to creating their own customized spreadsheet, after you create it the only thing you need to do is to keep it updated.

You need to be very disciplined and organized not to get lost among so many projects, ann threads, bounties, etc.. The solution i found for myself was making a spreadsheet and keeping it updated with any information i might need later on. This way i never forget any deadlines for a signature campaign or the number of posts, for example
For bounties I specially making some effort with that so i can be updated anytime that i want. But for the airdrop after i gave up my address and monitor it if they already given some tokens with the participants and i got nothing so after that i am no longer to access but i always pay attention on bounties than airdrop.

additional to that i PM the devs so i will personally keep on touch but suddenly only few are replying so those not I considered as a scam.and i dont wanna cry coz i believe they wont progress by doing such foolishness to others and theres another opportunity to come that would bring me better coin than them

i think you can make a file that contain the airdrops and bounties you've joined and you can always write some note after you update so you can check it in anytime. its important to have a file for each campaign you've joined because you can easily to update, to check, or add new airdrops and bounty you want to join. and I think you can make an excel file to add your list or you can write it in notepad file.

Ok, I'm going to try to organize it with a spreadsheet.
Just to recap: Here's some tips to organise which airdrops and bounties you've joined:
  • use a spreadsheet Grin
    * have a sheet for airdrops (fire and forget, just to check once in a while)
    * have a sheet for bounties, where you can enter bounty details like rules, etc
  • bookmark the bounties
  • join the telegram groups (personally I find them a kind of information overload)
  • check / track your wallet on MEW or https://deltabalances.github.io/ (Good one, thanks @andrii.povkh)
  • make a list / spreadsheet on Google Drive

Use a spreadsheet, that is the only way to keep up to date with all that info, before investing in crypto I never used spreadsheets and I always thought why people use it them and now I know since it is the best way to keep track of all the information you generate, it is a boring and tedious process but you need to do it if you want to avoid missing any important information for you.

There is no one simple and easy to use solution for this matter. As for me I use excel spreadsheet. There I have one sheet for each project bounty with the rules and all required links and actions. Same for airdrops. But most airdrops are sold on etherdelta, so there is a good website to keep track of airdrop tokens there: https://deltabalances.github.io just don't forget to opt checkboxes "Show unlisted tokens", "Hide zero balances", "Show more decimals".

For airdrops I do nothing as it is not with in my circle of influence. I only check my account once in a while to see if am lucky to get free airdrop tokens.

Thanks sofar guys.

Seems that my system isn't so very different.
All airdrops go in one text file and most of the time I don't bother to look back. If there's a contract I add the token to MEW.
Bountie-data go in separate files. I think I might better use a spreadsheet there.
And the watch / notify also comes in handy.

you can always get a notification email and updates when you fill up the form with your correct email address on an airdrop, though in a bounty campaign, you need to check your name in the spreedsheets to see if your accepted or not. also some a have telegram or slack groups and channels that you can join, in order to see the current happening of that bounty or airdrop.

Yes, a good old spreadsheet is the best way to keep all the bounties that you have joined. I've been a excel guy so for me its the best way to keep tracked of everything.

You don't worry about airdrops and bounties, they usually give spreadsheet so you can see the progress. But, if the spreadsheet doesn't updated, you can check and contact dev.
yeah, it's all scheduled. as long as you continue to monitor the project then you will not miss information when it will be distributed

I also bookmarked or saved the URL of the spreadsheet so that I can go back and monitor it at any time. And if I see that it has already missed payment, its only rightful to call their attention.

hello mate, i think best thing is to maintain your own google spreadsheet for both airdrops and bounties or a note pad doc for airdrops and excel sheet fro bounties.

First you must know what are you entering, don't just bump anywhere because it might be a scam and give you problems.
Okay then if you have joined some airdrops, you can put in in your watch list or put in your notes-list or where ever you want to remind your self and lessen the hassle. You also can bookmark the page or simply copy your post link in the said thread that way when you want to go back to your post immediately, hope this helps you good luck out there.

It's quite difficult to follow up on airdrops and bounties. I write down what is expected of me for each bounty. But for airdrops I don't bother anymore. In fact I am more selective of airdrops I join now. Because most of them are worthless
I haven't received any payment on airdrops that I joined so I still prefer jooning bounties, anyways I uses to watch bounties threas so I'll fet notified for new once.

You don't worry about airdrops and bounties, they usually give spreadsheet so you can see the progress. But, if the spreadsheet doesn't updated, you can check and contact dev.
i do that the same way..because most of the airdrops of this forum as far as i joind that have a spreedsheet to cheek on Smiley

I bookmark the bounties I joined so that I dont forget them. If I join in several tasks from a campaign I update the one spreadsheet I got for bounties. As for airdrops I dont do nothing, eighter to coin comes or it does not. I dont run after them.
