The thing that you are asking people on how to launch a successful ICO, makes it clear.
I think you are not ready for it.
You should not think that people will just give you money for just a website and stuff...

Google is your friend.

That has nothing to do with my issue My issue is paying for exchanges and distributing my coin My Website is done already and I'm asking the community to hear your thoughts

Your question has already been answered. What else is it that you don't understand?

Googling how to launch a successful Ico is the complete opposite of what I wanted and I already figured it out and made the captcha faucet

Not sure what having/not having a faucet has to do with the launch of a coin, these are two separate issues. There are few exchanges out there with reasonable fees or no fees at all, you can get listed on these for a start. If your coin features PoS or masternodes you could also organise a presale or an auction short after launch to raise funds needed for listings.

Pay a campaign manager to run your ICO however you must pick the most reputable and trustworthy of having a good running campaign and has lots of great reviews from other users that he/she is a professional campaign manager like Yahoo.

Hey he does not mean to run the best bounty. He asked to run the ICO only hence he can hire some ann thread creator from this forum and make one for them to grab the market place and give a space for the investors.
Not only ann thread is important to attract the people towards the project. Hence we use to invest some fund for campaign managers to promote their project everywhere with the bounty, signature and etc...

I have the groundwork planned for a coin but want to do A captcha faucet but that takes alot of time and how would I get the funds to be listed on an exchange

Ico would fix the problem and make it faster but I feel really scummy taking money from people

You feel scummy for taking money from people, let me also tell you that people are even much more careful in giving out their money. Gone are the days where people just invest in anything based on their greed and blinded by the motive for it to multiply their investment. Now, you have to serous prove yourself before you would be taken serious and based on this your words, I doubt if this your coin would stand the test of time on a long term basis. To launch a successful ICO, one of the germane thing is the team which is obviously lacking here. Again, if your mind is telling you something else, the best thing is to listen to it and follow another path. My opinion.

Don't have money? There are many companies which help startups. Use it if you think your idea is great.
But without money/trust/reputation you can't enter here and it's even hard. You are alone and no one will fund your project this way.
I can call a successful ICO to Qtum's ICO. See how they started and launched it.

I could pay 2 two low end exchanges but my coin is not just another fork my idea is original and i think it could make it in the top 100

If you don't want to do an ICO, then why not do airdrops instead? Distributing funds via faucets will take a lot of time; and I don't think people will spend a lot of time doing faucets on a coin that is currently almost worth nothing.

Your coins getting listed on exchanges are gonna cost money. I don't know how much specifically as it depends on the exchange, but it's gonna be quite a bit of money.

Airdrops is a shit idea dude. We do not find the big way of promotion at there. You may find the right promo in the bounty program itself. I am not sure you may take the faucet to distribute the tokens instead of that.
Before coin get listed when the time it transfer out from the contract address. He must have the sale value for that coin then the manager or owner will add the tokens to the exchange, with in a few days of time. We will find the price gets dropping the market due to huge selling by the participants and some investors.

Whatever root you take to launch your own coin will cost you money and that can be ranged from low to high depending on your capacity.
So without any money, its impossible to get your own coin and it's also impossible to get successful.

As you don't like to launch an ICO, why don't you directly list the coin to an exchange? There are normally two ways to list on exchanges, 1. by voting 2. by paying fees.
Fees and requirements can vary from exchange to exchange. You can start voting campaign and pay with your coin. Last time I saw Wepower launched a voting campaign to get listed on binance, though they also paid bnb to the participants.

Exchange listing happens after the ICO (as far as I know) so assuming that the ICO has ended successfully, you can just get the fees from that.
But in order for people to trust their money to you (for your ICO to reach its targeted cap), you must first be "trustable" in their eyes and for that you need a lot of money upfront since you have to hire devs, lawyer(s), designers, managers etc.. and the other fees like marketing fees etc...

I'm not sure of the names but there are exchanges out there that mainly relies on the users votes so you could try running a small campaign and give users a small incentive in exchange for their votes.
Taking small steps and gradually increase to higher ones would be always a smart move. Not just rushing out yourself into big exchanges even you havent any idea on what you are doing.Funds or fees would really be there which is normal specially on big and reputable exchanges. If we do read up on op, he doesnt like to take money from people which this is a primary thing for you to be done to get on what you are targeting to.You would need ICO for you ti proceed.
