1. When you say "blockchain", do you mean blockchain.com wallet?
2. What do you have aside from private key? It might be seed, recovery phrase or encrypted wallet file?
3. What did you want achieve/to do? Buying Bitcoin?

The only transaction which was designed to be non spendable was the Genesis block between Satoshi and Hal (IIRC).
Hal didn't have to do anything with the genesis block.Because both are "first".

Sorry but your text doesn't make that much sense. If you have private keys you can create UTXOs (Unspent Transaction Outputs), which means you can spend bitcoins. If you don't own the keys, you don't own the coins. Dont have private key...

your question is unclear whether you mean you have some coins in some addresses that you can not spend from because you don't have their private key or are you asking how you can "burn" bitcoin by sending it to an address without a private key (aka burn addreses) which makes then non-spendable.

If you do not own the private keys, then you do not own the Bitcoins in it. It's possible to look into a address using the public key or to access it watch only using the xpub, but you cannot spend the bitcoins in it with any of these features.The only transaction which was designed to be non spendable was the Genesis block between Satoshi and Hal (IIRC).

Non-spendable means that you imported an address without its private key. No private key, no access, no way to spend it.
