The trick for OP is if he is wondering how a post is made, click on Quote, he will see the bbcode behind the post.

You are asking about hyperlink tag. Most of the tags here are the same as the ones used in HTML language. But do not worry you do not have to write these tags all the time. For example if i wanted to put a link in my Text of "My Profile" then all i have to do is select my text and then press the following button in the pic below:

When you will press that globe looking button then the start and end tags will be placed automatically and all you have to do is, write "is equal to = " sign in front of Url and then past the url you wanted.


To understand better you can quote my post and in text editor you can observe how i wrote it.

After many try, I think I need help. I have seen people writing post and replying post where a particular text is a link. I wanted to write a reply on a post and want to follow others manner of posting where text are link and I end up posting the link and text separately. Can anyone explain how to do this.
