Did it say "Processed" and "None" under changes?

If so, request a support ticket, but I feel like your Audit didn't get processed. For me it took a while to get my negative balance away, but that was during Cryptsy fuckup time.

I was able to purchase some.   Still I don't know how I got a negative balance.

The owner needs to pay people to fix the code, and add features such as limit buys/sells.

I'm not sure how it happened, but now I have a negative balance.

That's not what I'm talking about today.

I want to know how can I pay off my negative XPM balance.

I try purchasing some with bit coin, but every time I try to buy some, Cryptsy throws me an Error.

its only show negative if you spend coins that is not belong to you, because sometimes when you do transaction its becomes double even you sold a the coins the btc still exist on your balance and you spend it. but do u think the exchange is stupid? you cannot withdraw your coins unless its been audit. so try to use the option audit if you find your coins missing or doubled. I believe the exchange is trying their best to solve the issue, so give them sometime.
