It has both private key and public address.

1. you can download this https://download.mycrypto.com/

I have been using my crypto since a few years and it's a desktop wallet and you can open your paperwallet even in offline mode.

2. Go to the view & send menu

3. Click on privatekey tab

4. Input your privatekey

5. Your wallet will be opened

....
I can't find "import by private key" anywhere. I can only find "export private key".
Have you seen it? Click the blue circle at the top right and you will see the option to import as shown by the screenshot posted by Meta anggraini.

It has both private key and public address.

Then i suggest you to use Trust Wallet to access the wallet.
1. Download apps here
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wallet.crypto.trustapp&referrer=utm_source%3Dwebsite
2. Import Wallet by Private Key, paste your private key there.
3. Send your polymath from Trust (Make sure you have ETH to cover your gas fee)

I already have Metamask. I can't find "import by private key" anywhere. I can only find "export private key". I've already put the token in my wallet in step 3. I just can't do step 2.

Just create random wallet, after that import wallet option will appeared

Do you know how to work with Metamask?

Here are the basic procedure if you are not familiar with the wallet
1. You can download Metamask web extension https://metamask.io/ [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YVgfHZMFFFQ]
2. After downloading, select import by private key
3. To reflect Polymath in your wallet, just click the add token feature, enter contract address, decimal, ticker, and you are done.

Is your paper wallet contains your private key? If the paper wallet only contains your address, i dont think its possible to access your wallet.

I've been looking on the web for an answer and there really isn't a good explanation. I'm trying to move some Polymath ERC20 tokens from a paper wallet, but I have no idea how. Please help.
