I’ve stopped feeling guilty about resting. A relaxing day off, with good sleep, makes me more productive and happy.

In the past, I used to feel guilty about sleeping the whole weekend away, wasting an entire day. But now, I don't feel that way anymore. Having a good night's sleep is one of the best things in the world
we deserve some good rest sometimes just sleeping in and eating good food can recharge you and make you even more productive for the days you have to work on

i however have to catch errands and typically organize my place just because it’s the only time i can a clean space is actually really healthy it also helps that you do some hobbies even if it is just watch a movie in your day off

watch movies or chat with friends. i tried online dating on gay local hookups recently. I found love here, and I’m so grateful. This site offers profile verification and moderation made me feel secure, and I could focus on connecting with genuine people. Within a week, I connected with someone amazing, and we’ve been inseparable since.

we have to sleep just enough without overdoing it and find a balance between cultivating our interests and unfortunately working.

When I have a day off I spend time at my house giving time to the people in the house so that everyone is in a good mood and having fun with everyone and then I get on with my day.

Relaxing, watching movies, reading, going outdoors for hikes, anything but thinking about work or worrying.

It is necessary to sleep in moderation, because there is already little time on weekends and a lot of things need to be redone. Plan your day better!

There is something I like to do. It is spend my days going hiking to different forests and the woods. When I go on these trips I’m able to explore the nature for its true beauty.
For me it feels like I’m able to disconnect from the world and ground myself. Being able to be alone makes you appreciate what you have at home because you’re able to slow down.
And then not be in a fast pace all the time. When I’m hiking, I’m also able to explore new areas and new hiking trails that I haven’t been able to explore.
