especially to get a new bounty or project you have to frequently update in cryptocurrency to get potential bounty news, on the other hand you have to subscribe to several telegrams and twitter bounties that are always updated, without information and increase your knowledge about crypto you will not find a good bounty , my advice is to learn more because you are new to crypto, good luck in the crypto world.

For me i am a bounty hunter so i mainly check the projects behind the bounties if they are worth investing when the bounty is running i assess the situation and according to how the team proceed i choose if the project is worth it or not and of cource there are different other methods like crypto forums and websites.

well let's say that i stopped investing in the new ico but you can find them all well cataloged on the website https://icobench.com/, for what concerns the bounty signatures, translations, social media you can take a look here on the forum in the altcoins section / bounty, for what concerns the airdrops i use airdropalert.com, for what concerns the investments in the various defi sites i use the dapp zapper which is actually an aggregator that proposes the best investments from various platforms such as compound, balancer, bancor, curve etc

because you are new you should feel grateful because you never invested anything in the Defi hype because I saw in various chats and forums a lot of beginners lost a lot of money because of this hype, if you really want to invest don't with new projects but choose top altcoins
New invesment mean the new gems. The major coins is very expensive to be used by the little shrimp as investment opportunity and this time the market is still bearish.
That's why the little shrimp wanna try to find a new gem that can give them a lot of profit.
Some people have been mentioned good step started from joining in the legit telegram icogroup, sometimes there's a legit project that is not having thread on BTT. that's why we must have done a lot of research on the ico site.

I am new to the crypto space and have missed out on many opportunities in DeFi. So how do you usually find a new project? From where? Thanks

I'm subscribed for:

- Bitcoin Forum > Alternate cryptocurrencies > Altcoin Discussion
- Bitcoin Forum > Alternate cryptocurrencies > Announcements (Altcoins) > Tokens (Altcoins)

&

Altcointalks.com

I hope that helps.

Well as @BigBoy89 mentioned the forum itself is the best place to know about a new project. The other best resource is to check for new projects on big exchanges like Binance and Kucoin. They have their own launch pad and as they are on big exchange most of the project do perform well when listed.

Usually, when you find a project listed in a big exchange like Binance or Kucoin, it's already pumped. IMO the biggest profits are when you manage to finds a good project in the seed or pre-sale/private sale stages.

usually from this forum itself however it is a little risky because not all that was posted here are investment opportunity the scam and worthless project has a higher number rather than the real and profitable ones.
True, I have been seeing a lot of scam defi recently. At least there are some members are trying to verify whether the project can be trusted or it's only a fake project that used plagiarized whitepaper. It seems like that OP needs the source that will be giving him regular update about the legit icos.
Some people above us already given the right source to get the legit icos. Youcan't 100% rely with announcement section. You must find another source too.

I second this. At least most projects that are posted here have comments or reviews from other members which we can formulate something. Anyway, you usually just try to find sites that list ICO/New projects to be aware and you do your own research from there. Maybe join a discord server, telegram, or something.

Sovryn - Brings DeFi to Bitcoin
Most times I know about upcoming new projects that plan to use ICO or IEO for fundraising through ico websites

1. ICObench or ICOdrops
2. Announcement channel on this forum
3. Binance launchpads through twitter and telegram channel

I have recently stumbled a Twitter account that posts cryptocurrency ICO/ projects that has potential use case or perhaps another shitcoin that would make you a quick profit if you are lucky. However, if you don't have any idea of what you are doing then it would be best to not join or put your money in them. There is always an instance that the project was just brought to hype causing the price to spike and eventually after few minutes it just becomes another garbage.

Moreover, you'll need to have knowledge on how ETH wallet works in order to properly take advantage of these projects or else you'll just lose a lot of money.

You are new to the crypto space and yet you are finding new projects to invest your money with??

As a newbie, it would be better if you will do some research first. Don't invest immediately and learn some basics. After all it will help you in the future. Investing without proper research will lead you to many losses and I'm sure of that since I've seen many investors losing because of being impatient and didn't take time to learn.

Now if you really want to invest your money, invest in Bitcoin and Ethereum and at least learn some basics before investing.

trust me the defi project on crypto space is not something that can be relied on for new users, because if you are late most of the new defi projects will initially keep pumping after that the price will crash, few of the defi projects will survive and most of them end up in scams. try to take advantage of an existing, legitimate defi project rather than seeking information from a new project that is still under development.

You may be in luck that you missed some of the DeFi project for what I know most of them turned to be a scam, well I think you should pay a visit to altcoins announcement section for new upcoming projects usually they create an ANN thread to that section.

Obviously, from this community. Someone already posted the link just a couple of post above me. If I just may add though, usually there are members here that are going to shill for a certain project, either they are part of the team or they are early investors and bagholders. So they will promote it here in order to attract investors so that they can profit big. So I would be very careful though, the whole Defi is a big hype, and most of the projects turns out to be a scam.

What are the skills that you have that such projects can find useful?

Are you good at drawing in general, creative memes, video editing etc.?

Are you good at programming and can learn solidity?

First answer these questions for yourself and you will auto-magically have hundreds of options to choose from. If you are looking to turn up a profit by randomly hitting everything and hoping that it will fly then gambling may be the section for you. The casino in my Signature is really fun and you can try your luck and skill there while having some fun.

To begin with, I advise you to subscribe on Twitter to well-known cryptocurrency projects (you can look at the coinmarketcap) and famous people influencing the market (again the same Elon Musk, on December 20, he wrote about DOGE, after which he flew up in price).

The telegram contains a lot of useful channels, like ICO DROPS or TOP-7 ICO, which are also worth monitoring. Here on the forum there are also interesting branches, I will not repeat myself above. The main thing is to be active and look for the information you need!
