A UK bank would be awesome for BTC-E.com but I guess some banks don't allow BTC.
The only way to buy a voucher is to deposit funds onto BTC-e.com and convert to a voucher
OR
Purchase a voucher through an independent seller (like someone on the forums)
Of course, getting funds on BTC-e is not a fast or easy process, so if you are looking to do it quickly you must be willing to do business with an independent seller.

I am looking to maybe get a hold of some more Bitcoin as I only have 8 at the moment but I looked on this site BTC-E and it seems pretty hard to deposit but I noticed there is a voucher system. How do I buy a voucher, new to all these exchanges.
