I currently have 3 S9s and i plan on getting up to 12 total. I have an electrician coming on monday and this is the setup i THINK i am going with. Let me know if you see any issues.
He will run a 100A sub panel to the mining cave. This will have 4 30A 240V breakers. Each breaker will have 2 duplex outlets connected to it. I plan on getting these:

So at 240v (i think here in the USA it would be 240V) each antminer will be 5.833A, so I can have 4 per 30A breaker and stay under 80% load, but will only use 3 per breaker since I max out at 12. I will use these cords:

So 80% of the 100A sub panel will allow 13 S9s, however with the exhaust fan, network equpment I would put a max of 12 in there.

You need to skip the duplex outlets. Instead run 10/2 wire off of each 30a breaker into one of these https://www.homedepot.com/p/Leviton-30-Amp-250-Volt-Flush-Mounting-Grounding-Locking-Outlet-Black-2620/301305006
Search for some used PDU's on eBay or similar.

You should run max 3 S9's on each so you will need 4, 1 for each outlet.
You will need 1 cord for each miner to the pdu
