Well this is not strictly advertising service but hmm indeed it work like an ad.
Don't send dust transactions, very few will see you and much less will take the time to visit you.
Maybe they have already many advertisers and won't respond for a time if you are not a big player?

I think advertising on the site is done directly through relationships, and I bet its really expensive
