How the hell do you get around patents besides just paying for it or would you either have to pay for it to own it or royalties?
Or do u just say screw them and just make it anyways?
You can't just ignore patents. In the very best case you'd have to forfeit your profits, in the worst case you'd pay a hefty fine on top of that and potentially go to jail.Or do u just say screw them and just make it anyways?
Either pay up for a license or come up with a different solution. Alternatively wait for the patent to run out and snatch it up if it's not renewed in time (unlikely if it's profitable).
Interesting. Seems like i got a challenge on my hands right now. Would patents still apply to Blockchain technology? There will be a way around this.
