I don't think/know a way that accounts can be deleted on this forum, the best thing you can do yourself is, just change your password to something long and random and don't write it down anywhere and you'll forget it soon and change the email to a non existant email.

simply abandon your account. not sure if an admin will delete your account as they have other things to do. if i remember right, there was a guy offering acount deletion services in the service section.
