Many investors with little crypto knowledge try to understand the ecosystem through frameworks they are accustomed to (e.g. equity ownership of a corporation). After purchasing tokens, many are surprised to hear that they do not actually have a stake in the sense they currently understand. I have heard the argument be made that owning tokens is akin to equity ownership in the sense that if you own every token, you own the ecosystem/protocol.

What are your thoughts?

Thanks!
