So if I get 1 BTC from 100 people, and then decide to to sell 100 BTC to one person it will be a 190*100(on an average) byte?

How does the size of the transaction change? Like is it more BTC sent = more the size or are they other factors? What's the "average" transaction size?
I have seen transactions with sizes low as 190 bytes, if you are sending a transaction with only one output and not keeping any amount on your address

It can take up 190-193 bytes mate. if someone sends you 4 payments of 0.1 per transaction, when you try to spend them, you'd be sending out either

All outputs which could take up 190*4 bytes, what ever you do, the size of outputs will remain the same give or take.
