you're right, i didn't even notice them. they are so well placed that they sit under signatures.. which means they blend in with them. 
There are ads, you must just be missing them heh.
There are legions of people here, and probably a lot of them come when a boom happens.. yet I see no ads. How are the costs paid for here?
