We've gone from someone who looked wise and serious but in fact was a stupid clown to someone who looks and acts like a stupid clown but actually is wise and serious.

What's not to like?

Lol... the first part refers to Barack Hussain Obama, and the second one is regarding Donald Trump. IMO, he doesn't looks and act like a clown. It is the leftist media, which edited the footage and created such an impression. And despite all that, he won the elections. Do you want to see someone who acts like a clown? Here is one:

The thing is that this is the essence of democracy where people can voice out their ideas and wild imaginations...and now with the help of the social media democracy can sometimes be a circus lol. Anyway, I think we have to give the new man in the White House a chance to do whatever he wants to do and do criticism from thereon under the assumption that we want to be of help and not really to put the man and the nation down.

No.

The Trump is what is tougher and more resolute than Obama.

Obama was just a puppet. He didn't had the authority to take any decision on his own. A few powerful people, such as Joe Biden, Soros, Al-Waleed bin Talal, Clinton crime family.etc were controlling him. He was made the president, so that the African Americans will vote for him. Once he was elected, his purpose was done.
I pretty much concur.  Except that they had goals, and purposes for the USA and it's direction.  They wanted to continue that with Clinton.

I'm not American and don't know the situation in America, but I do know that Trump for me is a stupid clown. He hasn't been President, and already has the respect in the world. I think that his election was a big mistake of the Americans.

If I lived through 8 years of Obama, you can definitely live through a Trump presidency. Trump could sit there and do absolutely nothing and still go down in the history books as better than Obama.

Absolutely right. Obama was the worst of them all. He doubled the federal debt in just 8 years (that is some 10 trillion USD worth of debt added from 2008 to 2016). That said... I have to say that Hillary could have been even worse.
Before I can rejoice. You must have forgotten that Obama and Clinton began his term with a reboot of relations with Russia. What ended? I am sure that the same thing will happen with trump. It will only be tougher and more resolute than Obama.

.....
Namely, the fund manager predicted that Trump's economic policies will exacerbate already-existing trade and fiscal deficits, and bring about inflation that the Fed will likely be pressured to solve. This may even involve going against the idea of a rate hike, which many had pegged at a more than 90 percent chance of occurring in December.

One of Trump's signature plans involves massive public spending on roads, bridges and other U.S. infrastructure. Meanwhile, economists nearly unanimously expect a tax cut that could rival the ones signed by former president George W. Bush.

"We're going to have to do even more quantitative easing (QE)," said Schiff, explaining that the central bank will have to return to its most potent weapon: Super-easy liquidity to pump-prime the economy.

"The Fed is going to have to reverse and cut interest rates, and it's not going to create economic growth, but it is going to put pressure on inflation that is already now above what the Fed supposedly says is its supposed target," he added.
......

I've cut to the central part - arguments flat out don't make any sense.

The fed will be raising rates a bit.

More QE?  Schiff ignores that if you put a trillion into roads and bridges, you don't need to give a dime to bankers.  You've ACTUALLY put a trillion into the economy if you put it into roads and bridges.

Any questions?

I have to agree. So many naysayers and the man isn't in office yet. Lets wait and see what happens.
And then what to do? When he comes into the oval office it will be too late to think. We now need to develop a plan to counter this clown. I hope that in Congress, not all are crazy as he

He was elected and will be confirmed in 4 days. Stop reading the mainstream media and do your own research. You will live. We will live. And yes, there are checks and balances in the country -- the executive branch really doesn't have much power.

Every election, you hear the same stories. It is the end of the world, the sky is falling! There are systems in place as you mentioned.

I trust Trump much more than Peter Schiff. During the past few years, all these market experts have been proven wrong multiple times. They are now acting as paid stooges of the Wall Street criminals. Let them bark, Trump will carry own despite their barking.

Long-time Federal Reserve policy critic Peter Schiff has a new target, and it's none other than President-elect Donald Trump.

In a recent interview with CNBC's "Futures Now," the Euro Pacific Capital chief said that while the markets have rallied since Trump's election victory, the very same economic issues that got him elected will be the exact same one's he'll find himself unable to solve.

As Schiff sees it, Trump pleased voters with his promise to cut taxes and increase spending in some key areas. However, his proposed policies will hurt the economy rather than make room for improvement.

"He doesn't want to tackle, for political reasons, the real problems that are underlying the economy," Schiff told CNBC.

In other words, Schiff believes that even if a December rate hike does happen, it's already "too little, too late" for the economy.

According to him, the Fed will still be faced with the question of how to finance the deficits that Schiff says will emerge, especially in light of the global bond rout that took place after the election.

The combination of outcomes from Trump's policies leads him to believe that a market "crisis" is on the way, and the crash could be even bigger than the one in 2008.

Stocks continued their post-election rally, with the Dow and small-cap stocks setting new record highs last week.
