I want to mine Scrypt but I have a laptop... so I need a solution and the easiest seems to be USB Scrypt miners,
how good of hash-rates do I get though? Is it comparable at least to a GPU or a few GPU's (if a have a few USB miners running?) Whats your feedback?

The only USB Scrypt miners I have seen are the "Scriptor Solo" FPGA from http://ltcgear.com/, those only hash at like 25-45kH/s each. I thought about buying some back when they were in-stock last year. It might not seem like a lot of speed but the low power cost is nice.
Alternatively you might just want to check into Cloud Mining which can be a little expensive, but then you don't have to buy any hardware.
but ... it might be a waste of time as well
