We can go beyond the limits of speculation with Blockchain and be used as an intelligent brain integrating all possible networks and ensuring efficiency in any ecosystem, especially in the health area. In my opinion, the health section can mean a great advent for a successful explosion of Blockchain and all projects in sequence.

In respect of health care industry, there is private blockchain project called hyperledger. It's fully open source and most popular is besu variant.
Below is a list of some interesting healthcare applications powered by Hyperledger.

  • KitChain - for managing the pharmaceutical clinical supply chain, creating an immutable record for shipment and event tracking without the need to resort to paperwork
  • Axuall – Axuall is a digital network for verifying identity, credentials, and authenticity in real-time
  • MELLODDY Project – This drug discovery project
  • Verified me - blockchain-based digital identity network

blockchain is game changer. The data  will be distributed  among the  nodes.  Therefore each  node  will be  responsible for  handling  its  own  data

Possibly blockchain can be really helpful in tracing the patients record but how secured this is going to be will be a big question because nodes can be manipulated if it is in very small amount which can leads to huge chaos so database along with blockchain could be useful to check the accuracy of every data.

It can be useful which can be used privately by the hospitals to monitor and keep on track with those patients. I can't reiterate how exactly it will be applied but I don't think they have this on their minds.
They're more tackling with the cure rather than with the usage of blockchain thus, they have their own method for tracing patients and recording the active cases.

Is this something that hospitals, health centers, governments should take a look into? Especially that this virus can stay with us for 1~2 more years.

Many of us don't realize how our personal information or health record is used or stored. Cyber attacks and theft of intellectual property is always a risk and blockchain is indeed the solution for these future problems that we may encounter. We know that things can be vulnerable, especially with what happened with the Twitter scams.

It can be very useful, imagine the speed and all other benefits that people can get from blockchain,, it will be very useful, even cost-wise

If Symbol becomes successful in the healthcare sector, then their token will surely gain value. I imagine hospital records that are still operating in paper is still huge, they can speed everything up and secure data with the help of blockchain technology.

We can only imagine how hard it is for statisticians to keep track of all that's happening in the world right now, COVID, and other diseases slowly growing in different countries. During these crazy times, how can blockchain help and be beneficial?

For Symbol, their enhanced security could allow healthcare providers to run secure, decentralized databases. Furthermore, considering that data is a critical asset in the healthcare industry, the use of blockchain technology could be very useful for the sector.

Is this something that hospitals, health centers, governments should take a look into? Especially that this virus can stay with us for 1~2 more years.
