Considering I can't afford mobile internet, and would have to rely on free hotspots, I'd probably request the trading partner come to me.

I will travel anywhere if the money saved from the transaction instead of doing it on an exchange worth the flight and/or any expenditures related to that travel.

So if you could go to a place and they'd take any quantity of cash for BTC or any BTC for any quantity of cash. Meaning, they could actually handle your volume needed.
