MasterNodes.pro here is the link https://masternodes.pro/statistics
You can see the list of POS coins, their current price, how many nodes there are, how many coins you need to run a node, and volume of these coins. Its just a site that I use, but there are many similar ones. All in all you need a lot of money to run a node for some coins, but when its about staking and receiving some amount I would recommend some new coin, cause you can start with some smaller amount of money. Just for example for dash you need a lot of money, but for veil you don't need so much.

You are absolutely right, MasterNodes is the best place to find pos coins easily, therefore MasterNodes.pro is very informative than any other websites related to POS. I  always use their service whenever I need new pos coins update. Therefore postlists is another great tool to find and analyze the POS coins, and for research purpose OP you should follow this source too, https://cryptorival.com/algorithms/pos/

You should get more friendly with google search engine, here are two websites that has lists of POS coins
1. https://cryptoslate.com/cryptos/proof-of-stake/
2. https://poslist.org

I think you should choose old coins because they have been around for a while, some new POS coins are scam

You can use Google to get full list but it's advisable to go for popular staking coins either new or old, Matic, tezos, rchain, harmony etc are good coins

It's easy to search them through google search and except with the two websites that were mentioned by Lagduf, you can also see and check the list on this website that was also generated when I've googled it.

Just try to make sure if you are using these sites https://www.stakingrewards.com/ and https://cryptoslate.com/cryptos/proof-of-stake/ to get the new list of pos coins. It's better than CMC in term to find the new POS coin.
If you are interested to fine POS coin in CMC and then just try to make sure if that coin is not mineable coin and the supply of that coin will be getting a small market just like *. that means if such coin is not a mineable coin.
