Anyone can help me?
There are some ways  on how you can withdraw bitcoin through your card. Wirex is a good option for withdrawing bitcoin at atm if you want to use a visa debit card loaded with bitcoins, i have been using it, but the fees are a little bit high since you need to pay $3 for Wirex fees, for withdrawals of course. And the Bank will probably charge you one or two dollars for that transaction, so it is not going to be free at all. There are other card providers like btw who are very good too, but okay pay is a good card too, you should try to find one and choose the best that suites to your needs.

Hi, you can check this list of bitcoin debit cards:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-of-bitcoin-debit-cards-1242788
As you see, there are many cards to choose. For me it's hard to say which one is best, because I tried only few cards. Some of them really cheap, but also there are few expensive cards
I think that mostly cards is available in Serbia, but before ordering, I recommend to check card website , is it your country isn't restricted.

What about advcash? it is a good option too if you want to use money from multy payment processors, i have been using them, but honestly, their card is not nice looking, i am very ashamed when i use to give that card to the shop in order to purchase some food, or any other kind of stuff, because it is green, and is pretty ugly.
Xapo is the best card because it is all black, and it is nice because it looks like a Premium Visa, haha.
but yes, all the cards are the same, only that they have the same issues in almost all the same cases.

Buy a card, you can buy it on Bitwala or in Wirex (it had a lot of issues lately) but there are good card providers in where you can load your card using your own bitcoins, there are a lot of them..
I have read about OkPay a few minutes ago, a guy said that it was one of the best cards that he has used, and it was so fast to use, okpay has been online for more than years so it means that they are probably a fair service.
But bitwala is one of the best too, it works pretty smooth.

Hello everyone,

How I can got card for withdraw BTC on ATM's ? My country not in EU, that is reason why my older card on Wirex closed. Where I can find card for withdraw for my Country? I am from Serbia. And maybe any news about that? Thanks.
Hi ljubo, try your luck with advcash.com. I am using it for different purpose right now, but I am pretty sure you can withdraw BTC with it, it is cheap to order a plastic card, I received it two weeks after ordering it and I was in Asia at the time (they do request you to verify your account by sending ID + proof of residence, but it is done within 24 hours). Website here. Good service.
