When I am looking for a task or an answer to a question, I take the help of AI. AI sends me important links to my questions which makes it much easier for me to find answers to my questions. I use this AI for many tasks big and small it really helps me a lot.

Since the popularity of AI, a lot has changed in so many sectors;

1. Students now rely much on it for their assignments and it's almost difficult to engage the brain in constructive reasoning since AI can always come through for them
2. It has affected the graphic space since you can just do an AI portrait, or simple graphics for yourself using the AI tool, and the graphics guy is technically not needed anymore.
3. The coding guys are not even left out and although it has its advantages in all these sectors I feel it also has done a huge damage in increasing the rate of laziness on the part of the youth.

We are enjoying the ease that comes with doing things using AI at the snap of our fingertips but I fear that over dependent on it might have serious effects on society, in the years to come.

The impact of it is more on the positive but its advances could increase unemployment since some AI apps could do 2-3 person jobs. So I sand on the middle. It does help a lot of people, especially students but there is that fear of what more can it do. It's amazing yet frightening.

AI is good and nice but doesn't have mastery of all. It has also taken some people's job but the type of job I find myself in, AI will never be used to do manual jobs. So AI got nothing on my field.

Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!
AI is creating probably in different job sectors. Elon mask says AI is dangerous. Ai is capturing market day by day. Many lost their job for the AI. Soon AI going to capture the graphics design market. Already AI captured the marketplace many companies remove their employee and using AI for doing their work at low cost. Soon all company will depend on the AI and it will creat a huge unemployment problem.

AI is still not sophisticated there’s still a lot of obvious errors AI could help in making work faster but not better

companies would still need humans to check AI-made products and fix any inconsistencies AI, although very popular and well-known, is not yet easily accessible by everyone there’s still a lot of AI services that cost a lot AI has a future ahead but in the next few years i think it won’t be replacing humans completely yet

It is easy to say that with syntax and code that these AI are helping. Yes, they can produce codes and such but the logical use of it coming from a human coder or programmer is still different from how it goes.

I don't use it that much and if I do, I ask nonsense things that it's just like collectively giving me some search results easily and I find that convenient although it's limited of what it can show compared to Googling things.

AI, or commonly known by the public, is an artificial intelligence tool/feature, which is often used for problem solving, learning or thinking patterns for humans, for me (AI) is a tool that was created to fool humanity, now many of us no longer put our minds to doing things, whether in terms of economics, way of thinking and so on, AI will answer everything for humans.

You can imagine students now and in the past from the 70s to 80s, students that year did mathematics, counting and multiplying, adding, dividing and so on, they could memorize it by heart, but look at today's students with AI, they can't memorize it all, they have to use calculators or AI, will that create an intelligent generation, Actually, it's not the students who are smart, but Al himself. According to my understanding, Al is a generation that creates stupidity for students in the future.

The economy will be destroyed when the next generation of children will only rely on Al, they will not have intellectual thoughts in developing the economy in the future, they will only rely on Al as a method of thinking.
Indeed what you said is absolutely correct people now depends or rely on AI it's hardly for you to see young student that can memorize things in there head. That reminds me of a friend of mine who went to write a mathematics exam. He went along with his calculator but they took it from them to write it with there human knowledge it became a problem because people are no longer familiar with multiplication, addition and subtraction without calculate. It's bad. What if you find yourself in a place you need your brain power to save yourself but due to low thinking faculty might make u loose a life time opportunity.

For now the only really impactful use of these weak or narrow AI models is the supposed help with making a MIT fusion energy reaction positive and consequently possible to go production scale, but still waiting a working reactor out of it.

AI to put alot of fast food workers out of a job in the future is what i think. fast food workers always pushing for higher wages doesn't exactly incentivize employers to want to keep them around if there's a cheaper solution.

Well, currently there is no work that I am doing that requires the assistance of AI, so I can't really point at anything relating to my work that has been effected in any way, be it in a positive way or not. In the city where I live, there has been this trend now, with people using some AI tool to snap and edit their pictures. Even on social media, it's also a trend, and people are beginning to upload the pretty transformations of themselves from the AI photo lab. There are some people whose daily activities get sorted by the AI robot.

I would say Ai has both impact negative and positive as well. Positive in a way it is giving efficiency and fastness to the human work like if you are content write you just need to give commands for you whole article it will write it for you but i know many of you here ask me the very next question which is about if we write an article from Al what about the plagiarism? i think it is very smart time we all need to be smart as well right? so i would say do kinda human touch to AI article and it will remove your plagiarism.

Alot of people having advantages of it in coding field like they just give commands and have their desired code and change it according to their needs which i think time effective for them they need not to give alot of time to it. well alot of other fields where it is giving advantages to human.....So i think it is negative in a way it will replace human works as their jobs as well.

As we all know at this time AI is learning and observing human minds and get to know their desires and if it is able fo fulfil that desire it do but what do you people think the one he can't fulfil is a piece of shit for AI, No i don't think so i think it save that question or command into its database and train itself for future so that it can be more efficient, accurate, and more fast as well  in the future. so these are the facts and figure somehow AI is effecting human life and their works... we i would like to add some other points which is that AI is not just positivity or negativity i think when we assume it in future it will be far far dangerous as well.

i was listening to the interview of Elon Musk where he was saying "he said, mark my words Ai is Far far dangerous" well i also agree with this aspect of AI that i can be very dangerous in future as i will be able to generate people faces artificially which are also existed in reality which can very used in many wrong ways and many others field like war kinda things so  think it will be dangerous as well.

The impact is incredibly positive. Through AI, I can generate promotional words with a wider array of vocabulary, making them highly captivating. This enhances the variety of product descriptions I employ, giving them a fresh and appealing appearance.

In the creation of voice-over content, AI lends a hand in delivering substantial vocal enhancements. It eradicates noise interference while also providing the flexibility to tailor the voice character to one's specific needs.

The idea of bringing Artificial intelligence is to help mankind is to help ease the pain of mankind.
It's normal for everything that has advantages, it will definitely have a disadvantage.
For students like you rightly said, I know about few lectures in my university that will critically go through your work, in making sure you didn't use AI to generate answers to assignment they give, especially for their practical courses.
No matter the advancement of AI, humans will still have places to work just the way machine's where first created it didn't stop people from having a place to work, because even the AI is been configured to be controlled by humans.

the thing that has the most significant impact because of AI's popularity now is that job opportunities are increasingly difficult to find. A few days ago the US government held a meeting with several technology experts who are also developing AI about the possible positive/negative potential of AI for human survival and comfort.

in this case the role of the government is very important in maintaining stable employment opportunities for everyone, if they don't want to provide that then the government is the one who must change, they can provide incentives for citizens affected by AI.  my real business has not been affected by AI, but i will always prepare myself if AI takes away the potential of my business, i will adapt.

1. Students now rely much on it for their assignments and it's almost difficult to engage the brain in constructive reasoning since AI can always come through for them
This only happens to students who already use the internet every day and continue to use the internet when they know that (AI) can really make it easier for them to complete the assignments given by their teachers at school. So his own reasoning and thought patterns will not work when he is not dealing with the internet because he cannot access AI to complete every existing task. So when this happens, should we blame the AI developers or should we advise every teacher in school to check all of their students' work using special checking technology that can detect AI thoroughly?

2. It has affected the graphic space since you can just do an AI portrait, or simple graphics for yourself using the AI tool, and the graphics guy is technically not needed anymore.
When graphics experts are generally no longer needed and no longer paid well because of the presence of AI, this makes me think of aerial cameramen whose work is no longer needed since the advent of drone cameras. So in general, graphic experts are also very disturbed by the presence of AI because their work is no longer valued expensively by people who previously needed special services from graphic experts. There is also a need to find a solution for this so that graphics experts can continue to develop their skills, even if it is not to beat this AI.

3. The coding guys are not even left out and although it has its advantages in all these sectors I feel it also has done a huge damage in increasing the rate of laziness on the part of the youth.
Because the aim is to make things easier, of course the level of laziness among young people will naturally appear. This is also triggered by the complexity of creating your own coding so that on average beginners who learn about coding will choose shortcuts when they already know about AI and this also makes coding experts lose space to work as usual. So I don't know what solution to look for to overcome this because in fact it has happened like that now.

There will definitely be an impact if it continues to be used and relied on excessively because when everyone no longer relies on their own minds and tends to rely on AI for everything, and what is really feared is that the minds of all humans will always depend on AI without any sense of creating their own new things in his life. Even though everything that can be detected by AI now also comes from the creations of all the people who already exist on the internet.

1. Students now rely much on it for their assignments and it's almost difficult to engage the brain in constructive reasoning since AI can always come through for them
It's totally different from our era when all assignments should be researched in the libraries and then the era of the internet has come. But I think the only difference from that is we manually search on the web whilst with AI/GPT apps, it is quickly answering and filtering those.

2. It has affected the graphic space since you can just do an AI portrait, or simple graphics for yourself using the AI tool, and the graphics guy is technically not needed anymore.
Those graphic guys are still needed, they just have to adapt the situation and if there's an AI then there's also the navigator or controller of it.

3. The coding guys are not even left out and although it has its advantages in all these sectors I feel it also has done a huge damage in increasing the rate of laziness on the part of the youth.
Innovation isn't laziness and that's the first impression of what people see on it but if you're going to understand it. It's really innovation and that's what we have to adopt, the changes that are being carried by technology.

Every technology has good sites and bad sites now whichever one you use, if you use the preparation in a bad way, you will get bad results and if you use it in a good way, you will get good results. AI is a technology it helping you to innovate it may be harming the human brain in some cases but its 100% success is using this technology in a bad way If the good side of it can be used without using it, then it will lead us to great work from those who know how to make this technology to expand.
Finally, can say it applies to both positive or negative now it is up to one to choose which one. Those who can create through creativity will use this technology to intellectualize their knowledge and those who rely only on this will eventually get caught and think negatively about it.

The future for AI is promising, and it will occupy some job positions in our economy. So in the future, there will be a new category of job where people can use AI in a professional way. I do not think using AI is bad if it can provide authentic data that can speed up our working force. There is some negative impact on our society that can be alarming after a few days. The development of creativity and creative thinking in the human mind will be less important because people will try to use AI for that. Our society will be so heavily dependent on AI that certain skills will fade away from human nature and AI will replace them.
AI makes it possible to do a task very quickly, which would take hours or days for a human to do. So of course a variety of companies can start using Ai to cut their costs by laying off their workforce. But in this case, a negative effect is on those who have less knowledge about AI and cannot manage AI. But for those who can manage ai, it will have a positive effect. Future generation will be totally dependent on robots so Ai will be widely used then. So it is natural that people may have job problems at that time

This means that for the first point, AI leads students to become lazy and not hone the skills in their brains. They feel like they don't need to think and because they just need to ask AI for help then the job is done. I will continue to highlight this point as I am currently researching this further because being interested in measuring the quality of what they produce has clearly taken away their human side, a side where the brain which should control the work is actually dwarfed.

I have various things that I do, and together they amount to something like a full-time job. Everything I do was not affected negatively by AI: some was not affected, and some was affected positively. I don't use AI for this forum because I don't think that's what it's for. I also don't use it for my PhD-related work of writing academic texts. As a private tutor, I often use ChatGPT to help me brainstorm topics, summarize the information I find, come up with tasks. I don't use whatever it gives me, it's more like I cherry-pick what I need, and add something myself, but it's still useful. As a translator, I sometimes consult with ChatGPT about specific fragments of text or terms to brainstorm potential interpretations and translations. So overall, I'm feeling a positive impact of AI on my job. It's like a free assistant that can help me do what I need to do faster, more efficiently. I'm not feeling threatened by it.

It affects my job positively as AI can provide a fast response when you ask a question unlike researching on Google you'll need to read the blog before getting the answer. You can also use it as a personal assistant in your job like drafting an email and suggesting some information. In the technical part  programming it is very helpful in writing codes as it is easy to debug and when I need a script for some sheets instead of coding it I can just generate it via AI as it is fast.

It is not lazy it is boosting our productivity and working smartly because without it we spent too much time on that specific task  and focus on other tasks.

Of course, dependency will be very dangerous for the new generation's reasoning because they will have it easy with assistants who can help them 24 hours non-stop, I don't know how they will live their lives without AI if they are too dependent, maybe they will be the same as me today, worked in the internet space to earn income, and when the internet went down, I became a fool in hard work like farming, construction labor and so on.

This is indeed a very good thing, because it can help people to increase their productivity effectively and efficiently, but indeed we cannot deny that the impact on the character, behavior and opportunities of other people will be shifted in many business sectors, as you said in the field of graphic design, accounting, coding, and I even just heard that AI can be manifested as a teacher to teach, maybe in the future it will make humans more lazy.

I think we are all aware that AI has its positive and negative impacts on us, and in this regard, I believe that the advantages of AI still outweighs its disadvantages. It depends on how we use it, because in my experience, AI really helps a lot if its utilized properly and accordingly. It makes every work easier and faster, but it doesn't mean that we always have to be dependent to it because its purpose is to serve as an aid for us and not to be a total replacement. So, to answer that question, AI has affected my job positively.

The question here right now is, to what extent should we use AI?

My kind of job still requires human effort to be able to be carried out successfully. Am from a location where human effort is still greatly required than AI mostly because of not so technologically advanced to the degree of needing AI as an alternative to human beings.
Right now, I can't really say there is a negative or positive impact since AI has not really gained much recognition from where I reside. But who knows in a few years what the situation will be like.

Not sure how not just our job but our lives will be affected by AI. It's going to be scary to think that maybe in the next 10 years, they will completely replace everything that a human does. Before it was just science fiction, those that we can only seen in movies, but who knows, life imitates art, or as others say, art imitates life in this case.

But maybe just developed countries might be the first one to be affected as they are far advance though. Maybe in the production area, or such sector that we need to produce more in a day, perhaps AI technology might have a far reaching effect.

The presence of AI benefits humans, but unfortunately, they pin their hopes on AI to do their work. And this has happened to school students who use AI more often than using their brains to complete their assignments.

This can hinder the development of the human brain, which should be able to be more creative in making things. But because AI can help them complete each task, they leave it to AI to complete it. The convenience provided by AI seems to tempt humans to look for solutions through AI without any desire to try it themselves.

Gradually, humans will become too lazy to do anything because AI can do everything well and quickly. Humans only need to give orders to AI and then humans will receive the results.

Not entirely. The designer is still needed. They may be able to generate an image based on prompt input, but as far as I am concerned, they still lack the ability to generate a wonderful logo. Besides, there are other aspects like User Experience, which require human perception.

This also applies to code. Any system that is complex enough, and even a bare essential functionality of a simple system needs to be tested. The one who has the ability is of course the engineer. It would be a catastrophe if a system is purely coded by an AI without human intervention. By human intervention, is the thing that sensitive for example security and many other things.

AI is better than a Google search, I'm working in Tech support so whenever a problem that I haven't encountered yet, I am able to just ask for the AI to give me possible solutions to the problem that I'm currently facing which helps me narrow down the possible solutions and the causes of the problems. So for me definitely a positive, as for the AI that I am using, ChatGPT was my first use but now whenever I need to do spreadsheet works, I use Bard, more clean solutions there compared to ChatGPT.

I see that some people overestimate what AI can do and find it very scary, which is often true of new things - it could be equivalent of the advent of the internet in the long run and revolutionary, but we're still at the very early stages of figuring out it's potential. I see it being used at my workplace for all sorts of things, some people are asking it to write database queries for them and while it is quite good, using some advanced techniques, it still has room for improvement and for company purposes you cannot give it too much proprietary data. It's also been excellent for writing articles or even in certain circumstances giving the outline for a personal review - if you plug in the right criteria it can get very close to human writing styles.

Another downside to using AI is it leaves no room for creativity and showmanship. There are numerous advantages it can bring to any organization or individual but then, when you think of cost of maintenance and how it's performance rate is limited, there's a rethink to whether a purchase is worth it.

I've not been acutely affected by AI but a friend in the medical field was affected as they were forced to give up their jobs because the organization felt it was a way to save money since AI does most of their duties. I wouldn't call AI a menace yet, an upgraded way to hasten up tasks? Yes. But in life, what has its pros will have cons that would outweigh the good in some cases.

Before sharing my thoughts on this topic, I would like to mention that I do think this board is not about AI and it seems a little off-topic but deeply if we see and compare the impact of AI then things have changed at economic levels. I recently wrote an article about the Impact of AI on the job sector. And in writing of that article (during research), I found that
Quote
AI might replace 85 million jobs by 2025, but in the same report, they say it will also generate 97 million new jobs too. This means we are going to create 12 million new jobs with the rise of AI.
source

I hope these statements have cleared your doubts about AI. And believe me, AI might have destroyed the constructive reasoning of some students but those who have progressive mindsets are using AI to increase their productivity. You tell me, if you can easily find an error and correct it using AI then why would you spend a hell lot of time on AI?

And as a content writer, I also thought that AI would replace us, but not, people still need content writers and they also hire people to write AI content for them. This means, people can make AI content but it needs proofreading which can not be done by every person. Only those who have the skills can do it.

If it is about people's job and you are thinking AI will replace human, I do not think that will be possible. People are also needed to operate AI. I can only see how AI will provide more jobs.

In my work, I do not use AI for now.

Since the popularity of AI, a lot has changed in so many sectors;
