I understand that everyone of us wants to earn money or $, but you should not be in this forum if that is your main intention.
What I am referring is on the signature campaign, you earn bitcoin by posting but it's only for people who are active in the forum as managers will certainly choose who are active and not spammers.

Don't rush my friend, just try to familiarize the forum first, start with knowing the basic rules of what we called the forum rules.

Slowly you will find a lot of opportunity, not in this forum but through this forum.

First I want to know who had introduced this forum to you as a earning platform? Most probably you are misguided. This forum like a crypto academy where you could learn about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. There is no any direct earning sources from forum. Only thing you could learn & acquire knowledge from here and most probably you will be able to apply this knowledge in your life for earn money IMO.

Perhaps you are wondering (or heard) how other peoples earning from here. This is via some third party like gambling site, exchange, bitcoin mixer campaign and bounty campaign, also you might earn by lending as well. But all of them aren't related with this forum. You have to learn and earn yourself. You have to spent lots of time here, because this isn't marketplaces that you could earn money instantly after registered.

Advise from my side, forget about earning from here and be a good contributor. Be realistic, share your best knowledge and experiences with this community. Help others and ask questions if you need anything (except money) learning purpose. Then likely you will able to build your account and will found some way to earn dust.

This forum wasn't created as means of earning, it's a forum for discussion bitcoin and altcoins and there are also other sub sections like the marketplace where you get to post your service thread.

If you are here to focus on making some pennies as others would say, you can join airdrops and bounties but I wouldn't advise you to just focus on that because you might regret not learning somethings later. Create good topics and that will help you rank up.

How to earn? first, if you are new here you need to read the rules and regulation of the forum make sure you understand it, also learn about the digital currency, because they pay here via bitcoin or altcoins, in reading topics in the different section will open the door for you to earn but it will take some time like the others if you are good in some technical or making like programming or website I'm sure you will find something here but you need to build a reputation to be trusted by others.

Based on the way you structure your sentences I don't believe a signature campaign is something that you should consider. English is the main language of this board and you do not seem to speak it. Try to look at what people are offering and requesting in the Services board and see if you have any of those skills.

Bitcointalk is not marketplace, it is forum related to Bitcoin and altcoins. First go through the forum and understand which thread is for what?

Then try to build your reputation by helping others or by sharing knowledge in this forum. Then think about earnings.

Being a newbie your chance of making money are very less. Try to achieve the level of a Member and then think about earning.

Simple fact that someone makes money here on the forum doesn't really mean anything to you or others.
Many people in the world play football, or are involved in running or tennis, but only a very small number of people make some serious money from it.
There is no way that you can copy others and make the same money as they do.
We are all different people and have different abilities and skills, and accordingly, we are more successful or less successful.
I advise you to first reflect on what you can offer others, and if you have nothing to offer you can't expect some profit, both in bitcoin and in anything else.
Bitcoin doesn't fall from the sky but can be earned by offering different services in the forum such as programming, translating or logo design or bitcoin can be earned by trade in the market or by participating in campaigns for members who have a good reputation and write good and qualty posts.

Suggestions above were right, dont too much focus on earning, instead, learn first how Bitcoin works and how to establish your account to get in a higher rank to join a signature campaign but first thing first. Since you're newbie there is some stuff that you need to learn first before thinking of earning here in the forum. Because some members here forum is used for gaining knowledge after gaining BTC and then $.

Before focusing on earning Bitcoin, it would be advisable to figure out what Bitcoin even is in the first place.

Why would you accept payment in a currency that you don't understand? What if some entity were to control that currency and use it in such a way where you are exploited?

Sell yourself in the marketplace. Take BTC same as fiat and offer services which you can do over internet and accept BTC as payment method.
