So, I was looking to make some extra money and thought that trading would be a good way to go.  When I was researching platforms, I stumbled across eToro and it looked solid and reputable.

After doing further research, I decided that eToro was definitely the platform for me. I really enjoy the user interface, and overall experience that it offers. So, I made an account and started trading. I decided to go with copy trading, as I had very little experience (read: none) in trading. I had done a good amount of research, but I still wasn’t comfortable going it alone.

I decided that I’d invest a smaller amount of capital (as much as I could afford to lose - I know the risks, as should anyone looking into trading), with a couple of traders. @Jaynemesis has made some pretty spectacular trades, and I really appreciate that he takes the time to communicate with his copiers.

I can personally say that I’ve profited - to give you an idea, one trader I’ve been copying has seen returns of about 60% over the last 12 months. I’ve been copying him for longer than that - so I’m pretty happy.

Again, I just have to reiterate that there are still risks associated with trading. However, the likelihood of you making a profit copy trading is much higher than going it alone, particularly to start with.
