It's good to know that you helped a woman who needed to invest in Bitcoin do that successfully, of which you got a 1% referral bonus worth 10k in your local currency, which I'm sure from that woman must have invested 1 million in your local currency, right? But one thing you forgot to tell us is the bitcoin vendor to which you referred her, of which who knows whether someone from your locality on this forum might suggest another good, reliable, and secure vendor who pays a higher referral bonus compared to your current one since I feel like you intend doing the job of an affiliate marketer promoting Bitcoin exchanges and gets paid commissions as a side hustle, which a nice move.
This is an easy income stream for op.  As the op said he has a lot of people come to him to invest in bitcoin.  So he takes advantage of this opportunity and takes a good money. $100 is not a small amount it is a good money  And since he got it as a referral commission, it's a big reward for him. But he should never focus only on that.  Since this is not a potential skill, he must learn or try to do something good.  Income from referral commission should be considered as an optional source

If it's only $100 and it's meant to be spent till the end, it's still better to buy Bitcoin before the price reaches $30K even though there's very little Bitcoin to get with that $100. But I think that would be much better than breaking it down again into the 10 coins or tokens you said, because the top ten coins that you are referring to are still not necessarily able to give OP the maximum profit, but in Bitcoin the opportunity is clear though there is also no guarantee of more profit if it is only bought to be sold again in the near future.
Why it must be $30K? it's only increase for 5% from the current price, better to wait until the next few years when the bull run will start. It's not about the number of Bitcoin you will get by purchasing with $100, but it's about how you can accumulate more Bitcoin and hold it for long time. Many people make a mistake by spent all of their money in Bitcoin and can't wait so long, that's why they're mostly lost.

I'm serious with you.  Is this a fictional story?  Why is there a woman who contacts you then keeps you in business and you do something like in a novel?  I'm catching on to this.  What BTC vendors are you referring to?  Is it a trading community, a trading platform, or what?  I was just thinking how your story went smoothly and to be honest I didn't catch the details that you have told me.  OK, I understand that you want to ask about how you spend your $100 and for that I suggest you to invest in the top 10 coins and tokens that are on coinmarketcap.

Someone contacted me today that she needed bitcoin, I quickly search for bitcoin vendors, God so kind a friend of mine introduced me where I can get it easily. Those vendors have refers benefits, whoever bring client will always get 1% of whatever units of bitcoin the client will purchases.

I go extra miles to verify the authenticity of those vendors without telling the woman to avoid trouble or scam threat. But at the end the woman bought 10% of the current price and she later call me that she loves transparent people I should send my account details and she bless me with 50k my local currency plus vendors refers benefits of 10k. Lol, this amount is called small is beautiful.

I have a total of $100 and I quickly used it to invest in bitcoin, the money is amicabily disappearing. Lol. Is God not good?

   -    If this is what happened to you today, then I congratulate you. This situation for me is just proof that bitcoin is not only a good investment for long-term savings.

Instead it shows that it brings a lot to the people who believe in Bitcoin itself. Good example to tell anyway in my opinion.

Do people still do this nowadays? Asking for help at buying cryptocurrencies when everything is as easy as asking Google? Cheesy I know it's safer if it's already tried and tested by someone else but after Google, there's reddit, and reputable exchange will pop out without any problem.
The popularity of Bitcoin made a lot of advertisements on where someone can buy it and I bet that lady won't just ask anyone unless she is hiding something. Tax evasion? Money laundering? I don't know and I am just speculating here.
But like I said, it's not that difficult anymore with the internet being an answering machine.

Why did that person contacted you when you don't look like a Bitcoin enthusiast but now that you know that Bitcoin is in demand in your place, maybe you can open a similar business but this time it was your Bitcoins are the ones that you will be using to sell. That should save you time and other extra hassles and maybe more earnings for you.

The amount that you have received there is not small so don't under estimate it. You are indeed blessed so don't doubt that god doesn't love you or say that god is not good just because your Bitcoins have dumping due to the volatility. Just continue doing a research and improve your knowledge about BC and you will be just fine.

Enlightened on the benefits of Bitcoin is a perfect thing to start the day with. You're lucky you didn't fall victim for online scam, when it comes to Bitcoin. It's very rare to find legit bitcoin vendors who gives the project at a very good affordable rate. I don't bother about the 1% benefits issued out by the vendors, it's my job to satisfy my friends with good referral bonus whenever they're trying to purchase bitcoin. Bitcoin is accessible from the top crypto exchanges in the market. It's used for daily transactions and there's percent rate shared when it's been triggered.

I have no idea how the referral works in bitcoin. The vendor you meant is it exchanges? If not exchanges what is the benefit of buying bitcoin from them?
I mean you could have simply created a wallet for the woman and instruct her to keep her keys well.
The bitcoin she bought where exactly is it stored?
In the vendors platform or the woman's wallet?
Buying from exchanges or opening an exchange account for her sounds even safer than the vendor and referral program.

For the fact the the woman gifted you some fiat means she felt the deal was nice. Congratulations to you.

If people are constantly coming to you for advice on buying bitcoins or how to buy bitcoins.  Then this is an opportunity for you to easily earn some money through referral commission.  Although its percentage is only 1% it is still good. And if you have already shared the referral link then you are on the right track. good luck

Usually a referral got commissions butbof course they can always have options to buy it on market where they dont need to ask an agent to buy some bitcoin. If you earn easily with that 1% and your buyers are always buy bigger bulk then thats good. But what if your buyer or client only bought $100. Imagine that right? Also was this process is automated or you literally do manual brokerage to the company selling bitcoin?
op mentions that the woman bought bitcoins equivalent to 50K rupees in her country.  We don't know what country the op lives in so we don't know how many dollars it could be.  But the op said he currently has $100, it's not clear whether he got a commission from the woman's purchase or he accumulated this amount by getting commissions from multiple people.

Regardless, it all comes back to our own intentions. We can think of money as anything we want because it basically depends on where we look at it from.
We can consider them as a source of evil if we see it that way, on the other hand we will also see them as a source of blessing if indeed our thoughts are suggested there.
Money is just a tool even though its purpose is the same for wealth and as a legal tender but in another sense it depends on our own perspective whether we will consider them positive or negative.

OP just meant that those crimes were done because of the money, government officials got corrupted because of money, and others will try to manipulate others because of money. It means that it all comes from money, but if we look at the bright side, let's say we work hard for money, that's good, but on the dark side, its still about the money. No matter how we look at it, money is essential to us because we can't eat without it and we can't buy things without it, which is why others will do everything because of money.
Doesn't this reinforce that all the good and bad conditions regarding money are independent of the emotions of the humans who use them.
Everything has not changed because indeed when we see all the crimes that originate from money, on the other hand we know that money is only a tool used as an excuse there, considering that everything comes from the human mind itself, which commits immoral acts based on money.
But indeed, even though this kind of thing cannot be understood, it will continue to happen considering that as long as humans have great passions, things like this will continue to exist.

I have a total of $100 and I quickly used it to invest in bitcoin, the money is amicabily disappearing.

Even considering the current price of Bitcoin, buying a hundred dollars worth of Bitcoin is not a good decision. There is no apparent benefit of investing a 100 dollar in Bitcoin.Because investment in Bitcoin requires huge capital and you have less capital. It would have been nice if you had bought a small altcoin that was worth less than a dollar instead of investing in bitcoin. you would have received  hundred of tokens for a hundred dollars that you could have profited from in the future. Because there are many good projects in the market that are currently priced at less than a dollar, And when the market goes up, there is a high chance that those small Altcoins can give you great profits. But for this it is important that you choose the best and top Altcoins.

This is bad advice, and you make me think you have no knowledge of crypto investing. First: how much initial capital does not matter because you can accumulate bitcoin every time you have money. Let's say you buy $100 per week and DCA every week, and after a year, you will have a huge amount of bitcoins to hold. Second, investing in altcoins is not just about picking coins worth less than 1 dollar, they will have the potential to give you huge returns. There are many factors to evaluate an altcoin before investing, its price does not mean anything if its supply is limitless. Since you gave him investment advice on alt-money, do you have any advice on which altcoins could make him rich?

this is how sweet and easy referral bonuses are, but just last week, I read somewhere of someone saying referral bonuses do not worth the hype and all of that.

they're people in my country who are BTC vendors, the solely sale and buy Bitcoin and most times other crypto currency so probably the woman felt he should have an idea about a reliable one and he didn't make her feel otherwise but went all out to search for one.

Hundred dollar maybe not a decent amount in your currency, but 3rd word country like Nigeria I think that is where OP is from 100 dollars is a huge amount of money. Investing 100$ maybe not a moderate amount to invest in bitcoin but it is also not a bad amount to start with. I remember I only invested 20 dollars when I first started bitcoin trading, but also later that month I was able to invest more.

Altcoin investment is risky and suggesting someone new to invest in altcoin is also bad decision.

If it is real, it is your luck and advantage because not many people can get the experience like you.
And if you want to invest money in bitcoin, you can do it immediately before the money is gone without a trace.
But this story is too good to happen even though it might happen to you.
But this may be your way to offer such a service; who knows, you can make more money.

Making more money indeed, in this kind of scenerio it is difficult to have several encounter except if the person involved is not willing to learn which is what i believed OP to have done in helping her invest in the first place thank taking profit from what she's investing, but just as you've said as well, it's a kind of rare occasions and the little he has earned to me is as a result of being lucky because not everyone you help return to appreciate you back.

You're indeed blessed to make $100 in that manner, and I think investing the money in Bitcoin is also the right thing to do. I will suggest that since the woman is someone that shows appreciation, you should find time to teach her more about Bitcoin, how to keep her funds safe and how to buy it next time without the need to contact you.

I hope this wasn't a simple attempt to get merit, so I'm going to ignore it and ask how did you exactly achieve the above thing [an in-depth explanation would be nice]?

I hope you advised her on the " not your keys, not your coin" slogan
Considering that OP referred to addresses as accounts, it makes me believe there's a high chance both of them are using exchanges or web wallets to store their funds [unfortunately]:

Because investment in Bitcoin requires huge capital and you have less capital.
That's not true [you can easily purchase fractions of Bitcoin]!

It would have been nice if you had bought a small altcoin that was worth less than a dollar instead of investing in bitcoin.
I have to disagree with you... There's no point in investing in something that would cease to exist in a few months/years!

I am not doubting you in anyway but this sound like a fiction; how do you think of a woman contacting you without having a business deal before or even being link to someone that already established. You and I knows how it's for you or anyone else here to send you money or bitcoin without an escrow.
Right, I am not getting OPs story too. A person that knows Bitcoin and wants to Invest does not know anything about crypto exchange and if you were able to do all that for her and she bought the Bitcoin, where did she store them? she must have had an exchange wallet or she has a personal HD wallet which means she must know enough to do this by herself  Huh Just think through the story.
I hear you. From previous similar stories about helping people to buy Bitcoin, I think some how they do explain how they also helped the prison to save their Bitcoin buy in a wallet but OP seems to miss that part which I also think is important because you cannot help someone to buy some Bitcoin sat and not point them in the right direction on how to save the assets or maybe OP didn't see it necessary to point that out. Good work anyways to OP.

Very confusing what you are trying to say here. Did a random woman approach to you to buy bitcoins and you pointed her towards a "legit" vendor? She bought bitcoins from that "vendor", and you received a comission from that vendor for referring her to them? And also the woman gave you 50k  because she was happy? This all sounds like some made up story to me. Even if it is real, make sure you teach her how to keep her funds safe, because when she loses all her money, she is going to blame you.

-snip-
I have a total of $100 and I quickly used it to invest in bitcoin, the money is amicabily disappearing.
Great that you invested those money in bitcoin. But your "money" isn't disappearing. You still have the same amount of bitcoins that you bought. It's only value that is going up and down. As long as you don't sell, you don't lose any money yet.

I'm glad to hear that you were able to help the woman purchase bitcoin safely and that she appreciated your transparency.Additionally, it's important to only invest money that you can afford to lose. It's great that you received a referral bonus, but it's important to not let the excitement of potential profits cloud your judgment when making investment decisions.

Short and concise I must say.
However, I'm curious on how did a woman contacted you out of nowhere? Is it possible that you are offering your services online already, and you're kind of trustworthy to the eyes of that woman thus, he made you as a midman on his transaction.

At least tell where did that woman contacted you, or how did she contacted you. It's impossible that a random stranger out of nowhere will just hire you as a midman, but anyhow, being rewarded for the work you've done is considered a good thing. It's good that you invested it immediately into Bitcoin as well instead of spending it to some useless things. I just hope that you will continue investing into Bitcoin, and not just hoping that you're $100 investment into Bitcoin will become a 6-digit price in the future. Cheesy

That's like it really escalated really fast if you would ask me, OP. Not sure how legit your story was, but I don't think any random individual would just give you that amount of money in a blink of an eye just because of a basic thing unless of course that was like a crucial thing in here life. I wonder if you really received that amount of money since that money ain't a joke especially here in my country.

Good for you that you had invested worth of $100 in Bitcoin though.

Maybe op should be very creative when trying to formulate a post though it could be true or false but the fact remains that bitcoin is very hard for someone to just associate with you in business transaction without being trusted and even having to deal with you for the past to create a friendly business relationship with you first.

I am unaware of the state of access to exchanges in your nation. You made a $100 investment, I presume there should be no issues with exchanges, for instance, Binance. I do not like the way you make money by taking advantage of individuals that have difficulty purchasing bitcoin. Why not show her the correct, secure, and simple method for purchasing bitcoin through exchanges? The next time, you and your friend might try to fraud this woman with little knowledge. I suspect that you and a friend introduced this woman to bitcoin and persuaded her to invest in bitcoin through you, which is wrong.
If you think the @OP is taking advantage over the woman's ignorance and it's wrong for doing it, then many jobs in this world are also wrong too.

I doubt this story since buying and selling bitcoin is not so difficult these days, and centralized exchanges are easy to find. Just one keyword, "buy and sell bitcoin," on google, we have millions of results. And if that's the true story then he is making money by taking advantage of the ignorance of others, this form of business will not be able to help him survive long in the market.

Your story doesn't sound realistic, I mean out of nowhere a woman comes to you and wants to buy bitcoin, and also she tipped you for helping her. My question is would you give me money to buy bitcoin for you, the answer will be no.
But if your story is true, then you are a very good hustler and keep doing this.

You are only saying this because you gained profit. Just for fun, would you still say things if what happened is the opposite? Would you still be grateful? This is an eye opener to everyone. Many people doubted the potential of this technology but are the ones who are leading those stories of how Bitcoin made them ( not referring to OP,just in most instances). Being grateful is a good thing but atleast support the growth process and avoid saying things against something that would benefit you in the future. Bitcoin and this technology benefits many people just as the bottomline.

I am not doubting you in anyway but this sound like a fiction; how do you think of a woman contacting you without having a business deal before or even being link to someone that already established. You and I knows how it's for you or anyone else here to send you money or bitcoin without an escrow.
I believe this should be the case(fiction) because you cannot simply meet a random individual, explain your desire for bitcoin, and expect them to arrange it for you without first speaking about it or engaging in business with them. Only when such events have occurred between the two of you will you be approached for assistance in buying bitcoin. Not by rushing straight to search for bitcoin vendors because you were asked randomly

I have a total of $100 and I quickly used it to invest in bitcoin, the money is amicabily disappearing. Lol. Is God not good?

You started the thread below just a few days ago, complaining about your kids being sent home for failing to pay their school dues, and now you're rejoicing for investing in Bitcoin with the $100 profit you made from a business deal, as you narrated. How about your kids' school fees? Is their Bitcoin investment better than their education?

My children are at home chase from school, I could not pay fees again. What could be the cause of scarcity of cash?

I hope you get to do something profitable with your $100 and not just squander it on things that are worthless, you should at least look for an investment to put your money into ( if you wont be needing it)

OP already said he invested the $100 into bitcoin, or did you not read the complete thread?

I have a total of $100 and I quickly used it to invest in bitcoin, the money is amicabily disappearing. Lol. Is God not good?

God is great, not just good.  If we believe in Him he will always make a way to provide us with His blessings when we are in need.  It is great to have a client that is generous and you are lucky to meet one.  Also be thankful to yourself for having the wisdom to make a profit while helping other people to buy Bitcoin.

Actually it's quite risky for both of you and the woman;
- For the woman, asking someone else to find the bitcoin exchange or vendor means that she doesn't know yet completely about bitcoin and the risk of this investment.
- For you, if there is something wrong with the vendor later, then you would be the first person she call and probably demands you to take the responsibility.

However I love math and I tried to calculate;
You got $100 converted from 60k (10k from the vendor + 50k from the woman), so your currency rate is around 600/$. Since you mentioned that you got 1% of the deposited money by the woman, then it means the woman have deposited 1million in your currency, or if converted to $, it's around 1000000/600 = $1667. That's a quite fair amount to invest in bitcoin for the first time. And to answer the same question all of you are having in your mind, no, I'm not nerd and I'm fun at parties.

Well, congrats Greggry. I hope this story is true and that woman keep depositing money so you'd get more referral fee.
Exactly my thoughts! I would like OP to clarify things for us. 1million naira ( I think it’s naira because 60,000 naira is closest to $100) is not a small amount of money, which makes me doubt the story. I don’t believe anyone would be so carefree with such huge amount. What insurance did she have that OP wasn’t a scammer. It was a big risk and we can imagine how her crypto journey will be like if she continues this way. The woman is obviously a newbie and doesn’t know much about wallets and security, I hope she does not end up being scammed.

@OP stated that the woman bought around 10% of the current price of Bitcoin, isnt it around $2,7xxx???  And I believe @OP knows this woman personally.

Excellent work OP, at least the system's transparency has made the woman believe in Bitcoin, and through her, we may see many more Bitcoin adoptions.

Those vendors are not always dependable, as they may turn you down on occasion.

There are numerous methods for purchasing Bitcoin, including crypto exchanges and peer-to-peer local transactions.
There's nothing wrong with introducing the woman to Binance or Kucoin, where she can buy Bitcoin and send it to any wallet she wants with less risk, but your commission is very important to you, so always check and verify the vendors who have been recommended to you to avoid being scammed.

From the looks, you are a newbie and it is assumed that newbies have little or no knowledge about bitcoin coin. Let us say or assume you do how can you say that some one called you just like that to help her buy bitcoin without you questioning her to know who she was and who sent her to you. Do you think with the recent happenings somebody would just get up one day and start telling you they want to buy bitcoin?
From what you have said that a friend of yours introduced you to where you can get bitcoin means that you have no knowledge about it and you're claiming to aid someone buy bitcoin by being a referral. OP I think you should be realistic.

I just want to keep a positive mindset and congratulations on your first successful Bitcoin referral, I believe a positive mindset prevents one from missing out on opportunities and also helps one see that most things we feel are impossible are very easy to achieve.

I hope you get to do something profitable with your $100 and not just squander it on things that are worthless, you should at least look for an investment to put your money into ( if you wont be needing it) and if you're the type that have people who are Interested in buying bitcoin and don't know how to go about it or those that are scared of completing KYC verification on exchanges then you can continue referring them and before you know it with the money you would save from the referring commission you'll be able to set up your own account and become a vendor yourself. Just keep on the good work Op and don't forget always keep a positive mindset.

I have been a victim of this referral stuff, thats why I am careful. If anything goes wrong during or after the transaction, you will be held responsible. Some of these vendors can be very funny and sometimes unreliable. I will be glad to refer the lady to an exchange or other reliable source while I guide her in the transaction process. But congratulation on making such a good amount of money and you were also smart to invest it in bitcoin.

I also hope her source of funds is genuine because fraudulent people are sometimes very generous when you help assist them in covering their tracks. I will also advise that you don't use your account or personal information to process her transaction because she is a stranger.

OP, I'm not going to accuse you of lying in your story, but sorry, from what you're describing I don't see it for real-life correlation.
everyone can easily find Bitcoin vendors with the search engine on their smartphone. asking others for help seems unreasonable unless you are close friends with the woman you mean.

but regarding your loss, was it the vendor you referred to your female friend who scammed you? That means there is a possibility that your woman's money is also missing.
but everything still doesn't make sense.

If your story is true, then that woman must be an angel that came to give you free $100. Though, you deserve it because of your  good work by being a bitcoin agent to her. Buying bitcoin is not the problem but keeping it safe from hackers and malware is what matters a lot and I hope that you saved your bitcoin in a noncustodial wallet.

Next time, you don't need to stress yourself ,with your smart phone, you can purchase bitcoin from anywhere that you are with Binance app. It is easy and faster to purchase from an exchange. Congratulations on your $100 bitcoin investment as this is a sharp move to use the money wisely, after all you weren't expecting it.

Glad to hear that your transaction was successful and you received a positive result. However, I agree with Cryptomiles1's statement that when making online transactions, it is advised to use a secure payment method and a reputable escrow service to protect yourself from potential scams or scams.
we don't have to trade the market ignorantly because there are also traders and investors like us that would not mind scamming us if we don't know what we are doing. Op was able to make a quick transaction in Bitcoin and I am happy that everything was successful with any glitch. We need to be careful always because the market is full of evil people that would not mind taking our money and adding it to there own so that can make more money. We need to take the necessary precautions to ensure that we don't lose our funds to scammers.

Another story with little information to go by. They say if a story sounds too good to be true then it’s probably a lie. There are so many unanswered questions here, how’s the woman related to you and how did she know you are into bitcoin. And more importantly why didn’t you refer her to an exchange so she can buy the bitcoins herself? You put your reputation at risk and the money of others by referring a bitcoin vendor you haven’t done business with before.

Those vendors have refers benefits, whoever bring client will always get 1% of whatever units of bitcoin the client will purchases.
1% referral bonus is small amount, for you to make 10k from this business means that the person must have bought bitcoins worth 1million. That’s a lot of money for someone to entrust to a stranger.

That seems to be quick yet smooth storytelling. Although just like the others that have some questions on their mind, I've got mine as well.
Anyway, I'd go with the latter part of what you did with the money and that's where you have invested in bitcoin. Don't be too hasty with the progress of the growth of your $100, you'll barely feel the dumps because if you try to calculate you'll just get a couple of bucks of paper losses if you're too conscious with it.

How did the vendor got to incentivice the one percent he gave you if not from extorting from the price he's offering the woman, to me in case of next time why not refer her to a p2p exchange for direct purchase instead of the two of you milking from the rate and quantity she should have bought it from than both of you inflating your own interests, am sure she's new to the system that's why she's making such decision and yet she had not understand the process on how to acquire bitcoin on a p2p platform which is what i believe you could have taught her to be independent, will she also requires your presence if you want to buy next time or when she's ready to sell?

How come you are being contacted by a random woman to purchased Bitcoin for her?
I always be careful with such sudden offers that look more like scam attacks.

Honestly in the past, I received offers (not sure on what channels) like "I got 2 BTC stucked on exchange A and because of blah blah reasons, I am not able to withdraw it, could you help me please? Solutions to help me can be blah blah blah. Rewards for you will be 20% or 30% of my BTC when withdraw it successfully"

What will you do with such offers? Believe that it's true and go ahead or ignore it after one second?

My choice is a second option, I don't want to waste my time with scammers.

Are you offering this service? How come you are being contacted by a random woman to purchased Bitcoin for her? What is the status of cryptocurrency on your country because finding a local vendor is very hustle compared when you just create an exchange account since most exchange is accessible globally.

If this is real, You are blessed to encounter someone that is so lazy to purchased Bitcoin by themselves because it’s very easy to setup an exchange account especially if the person is investing huge sum of money.

Yeah I had to read it twice and it did felt more like a fiction and if I'm not wrong, the 50k should also be in my own local currency, hence you should be from Nigeria but I think OP should also know that things don't work that way and no one just contacts anyone to make purchases online without having any personal connection or links or even referrals from reputable persons.
It also seems the buyer has some good knowledge of scam and how it works and there is no way she would want to risk her money just to prove a point without knowing you or having any connections with you.
So op you have to be very conscious and very careful of yourself.

Maybe that's not just the first time he is coming in contact with the woman...  I believe it could be a relative, old friend colleague or any form of relation something if that nature, if not where will the person got his contact to send him a DM in the first place.

Well I have been involved in such business before, if that they have been transacting op would have made it clear here, but I am not in anyway doubting him or trying to make case out of his transaction.
This could only confirm true if their country has no exchange to trade and buy bitcoin direct from exchange, I can take some examples from our country even as that we do trade on p2p directly from well known exchange.

This just show that in everyway bitcoin could help people to earn and gain profit in various ways. But from the OP post I still think it's dangerous to meet up with a stranger just to verify their legit. It would be better to send first valid identification, of course you can blurred the important details because in my country you could tell they are legit if they send you proofs much better to have a middleman with transaction like this between two people. It could cost you to have a middleman but it will secure your money.

That's good OP that you've invested your money to bitcoin but those amount I guess it would be hard for you to invest you'll have to wait for it to dump first or add some extra money since the value of bitcoin pumped these few last months. Good luck for your more successful transactions and congratulations.

So basically some stranger (a woman) asked you to find Bitcoin vendors? That sounds weird. No stranger ever asked me to find BTC vendors. Grin
How did she contact you? Offline or online?
Can't she find Bitcoin vendors herself(assuming that this is an actual woman and not a guy pretending to be a woman)?
We live in the age of Google. Can't she do a Google search?
How much is 50K in your local currency worth in US dollars?
How did you manage to lose 100 USD? Did somebody scam you? Where did you invest those 100USD?

Come to think of it only those who are afraid of involving themselves with kyc that could possibly look for another alternative means of buying bitcoin. Let say your country uses binance then p2p would have been a very swift method of trading over there, because I can see including those commissions would amount of buying bitcoin at a higher price than current price which if it was me I wouldn't mind passing verification to buy directly from Binance p2p or to any other p2p service provider in this forum.
However congratulations to your earnings of being smart to ref.

Yes, I think it begs the question of how he got that woman's contract. And how come there is a deal between them where the op didn't mention that the woman was a relative or an office colleague or he knew otherwise. If someone contact you that they need Bitcoin, it is smarter to give them your referral link, you must have a crypto exchange you are using, why not help this person to open a binance exchange account using your referral link?

You will get better reward than running around because of 1%, that's not worth anything, because if she buy 100$ Bitcoin you only get 1% and if she buy 1000$ Bitcoin you get 10$, referring people to Binance exchange or other top exchange will earn you more rewards.

Also it seems this buyer is a newbie, I would have sit her down and teach her how to buy Bitcoin directly using her smartphone.

This mean + 1 to the list of people I bring into crypto, it makes no sense getting Bitcoin for her and she remained not knowing how to buy Bitcoin herself, that's bad for Bitcoin adoption.

Someone contacted me today that she needed bitcoin, I quickly search for bitcoin vendors, God so kind a friend of mine introduced me where I can get it easily. Those vendors have refers benefits, whoever bring client will always get 1% of whatever units of bitcoin the client will purchases.
For the agent who is paying referee 1% of the total purchase, which means the agent will be charging higher than the current market price for him/her to have such a percentage go out, or probably looking for means to dispense all current holdings on the black market. The percentage reward for referrals is just kind of strange to me, though.
I am not doubting you in anyway but this sound like a friction; how do you think of a woman contacting you without having a business deal before or even being link to someone that already established. You and I knows how it for you or anyone else to send you money or bitcoin without an escrow.

Maybe that's not just the first time he is coming in contact with the woman...  I believe it could be a relative, old friend colleague or any form of relation something if that nature, if not where will the person got his contact to send him a DM in the first place.

You are also lucky because you get the referral bonus and invest it back in Bitcoin. Bitcoin is not bad at the current price level. The market may see an uptrend quickly. If Bitcoin is between $27000-$28000 then chances of profit on your investment obviously high. Otherwise you will have to wait for some more time to come back.

OP I do not really have clues of your country and to know how valuable that figure is compared to your local currency but anyways, you did well by helping the said lady to do some research on best platform to help her get bitcoin. Atleast that saved her some risk and stress sourcing for it as she is a new bie in the system. All thanks to you for your kindness but you benefited from it in all rounds and I hope you advised her on the " not your keys, not your coin" slogan so she would be aware and possibly the safest wallet she could start with as a newbie depending on what she wants to do with it if she's buying holding or not.

Lastly, it pays to be good and do good. You got your rewards for that OP. Thumbs up to you.

Congratulations to you OP, but the price of Bitcoin has increased to $28k which that amount of money you have now will not reach you to buy pretty of BTC unless you wait for the price to decrease back to $17k before you can buy. If you wait for the price to decrease low will help you to use that $100k to achieve huge amount of money in the future because, the price of BTC will surely reach $50,000 before the end of this year 2023. Since the woman gave you this trust, I will advise you not to break the trust because many people are looking for such opportunity in the community but they can't get it easily like the way you got it

I go extra miles to verify the authenticity of those vendors without telling the woman to avoid trouble or scam threat. But at the end the woman bought 10% of the current price and she later call me that she loves transparent people I should send my account details and she bless me with 50k my local currency plus vendors refers benefits of 10k. Lol, this amount is called small is beautiful.

I have a total of $100 and I quickly used it to invest in bitcoin, the money is amicabily disappearing. Lol. Is God not good?
