Shorting might be very profitable in such market I've also experienced it but it is also very risy. You are surely one of those few lucky.
There’s blood in the streets, everything is in the red, suicide hotlines are buzzing and things look as bleak as they can be in the crypto world. But why all the gloom and why are things in such turmoil? That’s because, over the past few weeks, BTC has declined by about 28% from its intra-day high price on the 25th of July 2018. Although many have lost a substantial portion of their BTC holding, and more so their altcoin holdings, there have been a few lucky people like me who’ve managed to make decent gains by shorting the market on Huobi.
