The tech (blockchain) is useful in recording transactions and certain data if you're operating a kind of service e.g. payment processing system, drop shipping, you name it. In your case you want to record (if I got this correctly) dox of users in a block of data. That can also do, though it will be tedious since you also need to create something to parse that blocks of data as well. It can be done but don't expect it to be easy.

In This point, can I keep in blockchain on the application I developed ? For example ... Can I develop to keeping in block the secrets of users?
