Really good to see geniune account recoveries solved that quick. Atleast it's reduced to a month of time span from year's of wait.

On the 16th of November, 2019. I got a password change mail. It came as an uttermost surprise to me as I didn't initiate it. The hacker changed my email address too. I was able to place the account on lock. I couldn't initiate the account recovery process not until last week with the proof of bitcoin address method. I wrote to support and I got a warm and swift response. They were very helpful and kind during the recovery process.
