In what form do you choose to do this? Even though you become the president, you'll still not carry out your proposal. It's is very hard to fight against a group when you have nobody in your side. The government are always ready to stop and restrict your intend if you ever become the president. Remember that Trump tried but couldn't succeeded. He tried to make America great again but his antagonists suppressed him.

So I would first round up all Secret Services agents, veterans included...
and before them, there would be all the FBI agents, veterans and all their descendants and wives. (500k to 2m individuals), aka anyone who ever worked for the FBI, wife/husband and children, and grand children and grand grand children... I would kill them all first. all.
then, I would say to the SS, you saw, now, you understand that your families live, but it's time for you to die too.
and so 2 of the biggest domestic enemies group would be gone...
I think it would teach in clear term what are the implications of betraying.
but today americans are way too weak, corrupt, dishonest, lying, betraying, and worst, to even understand the necessity of such restoration...
