I agree.
Timing is important. We can think of this if Trump coin was launched during bear market, I don't think that it will move up the way it had moved, right? And with the melania coin too, if it's launched during the bear market then it won't take 24 hours for it to get dumped quickly because many won't be spending their money on nonsense thing at that rate.

You are right but there are exceptions. Example is Pepe that was listed during bear market. The coin pumped after it was launched. It fell in price but later started to increased in 2023 when bull run began. Another exemptions are the coins that are recently listed, including the meme coins that continue to fall. In bear market, if Trump officially declar that he has launched a coin, the price of the coin would have also increased significantly.

Meme tokens are based on hype, just like film launches, if the time of the film release isn't right, then it's very likely that the profit obtained by the film maker will not match expectations.
