Actually, if you take a look at the unofficial rules and look at rule 3, you'll see trolling is not allowed. It's likely just not really enforced but if the admin wanted to be assholes they could.

Nevertheless, we reap as we sow.  I think we can all agree on that.  So whatever treatment you get on this forum stems from how you act.  If you want folks here to be kinder to you, then you gotta start being kinder yourself first.  Show more respect, manners and open-mindedness and  get into meaningful conversations and avoid spreading misinformation or negativity.  If you can do these things, you will start to see a difference in how people treat you.

There is no rule on the forum to ban someone for trolling and if that rule is added in future to the rules of the forum then a good number of users will get banned for trolling. I have read your threads on reputation board and to be honest they don't make much sense at all.

I recommend you to use your knowledge if you have it rather than defaming others because they don't agree with your ideas or opinions. Our own ego is our worst enemy and if can't control it then don't expect others to praise us because our own ego says us that we are praiseworthy.

It's not fair to call others stupid or use any bad words for others because you think you are better than them or because they don't agree with your opinions. As humans we should respect everyone and if we don't agree with someone's opinion then we should just disagree instead of defaming that person.

The interesting fact is, that whoever creates such a thread already knows that this thread is not going to help them. But they create the thread to insult the person in question. They get some attention from these topics. The accuser wants to see if there are any good supporters or friends of the person in question. It's not like they don't know that creating such a thread won't make Digaran banned. Still, since nothing costs him to create a thread except some "time", they give it a try.

Moderators don't ban users unnecessarily on this forum, unless the user is involved in any kind of violation of the forum's rules. If Digaran fall in violation of something that is against the forum ethics and threatens the framework of the forum, he will be banned, but if not, then why should he be banned?

Harassment, criticism, and insults fly around on the forum, and it's counted as freedom of speech, nothing more.

Two main reasons a user can be banned on this forum that I have noticed is when they spam and plagiarized. Did digaran spam and plagiarized? Or did you know him made offenses and violated one of the rules of the forum? Report him to moderator.

With how digaran is posting, I do not think he worths to be banned. He can not be banned because he has done nothing that can make his account get banned.

digaran is a well-known harasser on this site. He needs to be banned from this site. Maybe Satoshi does not want to deal with Bitcoiners because they have been like digaran since 2011.
