The economy of my country, Philippines, is in turmoil. The inflation rate are contantly risin partly due to the recently passed TRAIN Law in which the products which uses sugar and many commodities have been put a heavy tax and also the imported goods from other countries.

In Dubai the rents are getting slightly less, but it might be more to do with the city growing and so much new housing options being added than a dip in the economy. Not sure.

In the past economy i thought that the govetnment do a lot of thing for the benefits of the people. Giving help to the poor. But its the opposite they always think their selves politicians used their positions to drug trafficking that causing many people here murder. All of the establishment here is private now because politicians sell it to businessman. Hospitals, electric company and even our water supply which is sucks because many people can benefit with a low pay bills in electricity and water.

The economy of most developing and undeveloped countries is too bad that even  their citizens are on a serious struggle for survival, some are migrating from their country to other countries to look for greener pasture, though some are making it but greater percentage are losing their life. In my country the recent economy is too bad that people are complaining bitterly, despite their complaint nothing has been done to remedy this problem. People keeping suffering with hope of coming out it one day. How is your own country?

in germany everything is fine, we have rather problems with sustainability of the society, the economy works good but it should be based on a more secure and more expanisionary basis.

economic boom isnt necesarily something great, a country might severly damage its environment with an economic boom and permanently urbine once valuable natural resorts. creating more and more slums.

the question is what quality does the economic growth have?

On paper, the economy in my country seems to be doing fine. But that doesn't relate much to the reality. Jobs seem to still be on the decrease. And inflation keeps biting hard. So, I figure that the average people in most countries are actually experiencing the same issues. This is why immigration is bound to keep on happening. Everybody thinks the grass is greener on the other side. The key however is to always fight hard to ascend the financial ladder in which ever country you're in.

In Philippines, we don't know if our country will be in good place or in bad place.
Our problem with Drugs, a huge problem of it, Poor people who or sometimes innocent are being killed because of accusation to them, Police think that they our drug dealer, but sometimes they're being set-up. Other one is the exchange of money, our money is too low to exchange in USD
1 USD = Php 53.46. That's a huge exchange rate and that is the reason why many people go to Philippines. I don't know what will happen to the future , Will it progress ? or bad thing will happen.

I agree with you, but to be honest, we really arein a bad place right now, there is no other way around that. Other than the aforementioned problems, the inflation rate in our country has just gotten too high in the past few months and the ones who are suffering are the middle class and the poor.

Taxes for goods and services have significantly increased  because of our latest tax reform program (TRAIN law), but the minimum wage and sources of income did no really adjust to that so we are basically forced to spend more and more money while earning the same thing. It's quite unfortunate for millions of Filipinos over here.

I think this period in history, many countries all over the world are experiencing hardship but of various degree. My country is not left out. Things have become so bad that people are even afraid to spend the cash at hand because they don’t know when the next salary will come or cash or what the next price of commodity will be as everything is under some uncertainty and the government of the day is not bothered rather they keep trolling around the world while the masses are suffering. The same people who ensure they are voted in are the same suffering and regretting their actions.

Philippine's economic status is recently booming with Duterte's administration, from the trade within neighboring countries as well as social diplomats occurring most specially with the partnerships and trusts gained by the country. I think it's a good sign of real progress.

Although our economy is growing day by day but it is not our expected growing because of corruptionl.  If We able to control corruption I think our economy will be growing highly. At present there is no democracy in my country as a result we have   no voting right. But democracy is most important event to grow economy of acountry.

2018 not the good year for the economic world. Most countries having problems and fucked China and US trade war is killing us. btw, we have to wait and see what happen next.
My country is a developing country and things have been bad as long as i can remember but one thing that i know is that we really don't depend on the government to make our lives better at all. We just make the most of the life that we live and whether or not assistance come from the government we are okay.

I think the Philippines is moving backward. You can just simply see all the people loosing the morality. People can simply die without justice and that is the saddest truth about Philippine government. We don't really know if the law being approved and implemented can protect us. Poor families can never get better while rich families get nothing but only the best. The economy as expected gets even worse and instead of staying and works for the country's own good, people can just easily decide to go abroad because they think that it is the only hope for them. When can we see hopes in our country? If we cannot simply see it on roads, signboards, moralities and values, good justice, is the Philippines really hopeless?

The economy of our country is improving every year. Foreign economic debt is almost extinguished, and in the last few years many schools and hospitals have been built, which has very well affected the lives of our people.

In my country the economy has recently recovered from a recession that sent most citizens panting for economic breath. While things are not as bad as they used to be, it is also true that a good proportion of the population are living below the poverty line.

In just less than 2years, the dollar price in my country rose by more than 100% and lacking foreign investors. We were not having imports nor exports and even within the country we are not able to produce. No new job opportunity for the youth and young adult.
Within this period, we fell into deep recession.
Right now, we are just trying to gradually coming out of recession.

The economy of my country is in a total collapse. The difference between Naira and Dollar is getting wider by seconds. The gap between the cost of living and income is on its alarming state. The cost of living is geometrically increasing. Nigeria is experiencing the worst economy ever

as rightly said by the above speaker, Nigerian economy is almost in a state of total shambles and mediocre; standard of living extremely poor that hardly do you have an average Nigerian family; parents and kids, not an individual living above $1 daily.
these menace had endangered our lives to the brim of traveling through deserts and the Mediterranean sea to European countries across Libya and other Northern African countries in search of greener pastures while losing countless number of lives in the process to wicked people; bandits, immigrants and hazardous climatic and environmental impacts.

I had the bad luck of being born in Venezuela. Things are getting worse extremely fast to the point surviving it's a big challenge if you are not corrupt.

I believe that not only communism is to blame, but also to the people who allow it and support it inside a country. Nicaragua and Mexico are on their way to this situation in a matter of some years.

Dollar decades ago was almost as the same price as Venezuelan currency, thanks to the big production of oil mainly. The situation have been degenerating incredibly fast.  This year, the annual inflationary rate quadrupled in a matter of two months to 18,000%.

https://www.miamiherald.com/news/nation-world/world/americas/venezuela/article210282264.html

Right now, the inflationary rate is around 42,000% and rapidly growing everyday that passes by.
https://www.twitter.com/steve_hanke/status/1012790558924984322

Do you imagine going to the buy something right now and then you go in some hours and the price went up? It could happen right?. Not a bad thing - What about that happening everyday without exception?

Remember how i said that the Venezuelan currency used to be almost at the same price as the dollar? Right now $1 equals 3.000.000.000bs and going up everyday. The past president Chavez took three zeros out of the currency so the mental impact wasn't so bad, instead of solving the problem. They are planning to do that again soon. That is the real number.

If you think things are bad in your country, look again. You might be missing a couple of things to be grateful for. It should be an example for all countries, to not be a rich country and at the same time the poorest country in the world.

I feel sad for my neighbors in the Venezuela. I have some friends there, everyone says it is terrible.
My country, Brazil, suffered few years ago from socialism too.. we are getting better, but elections are coming and socialists are very strong...

At least you are one of the few ones there that know cryptocurrencies.

Bitcoin was made to help people in this situation.

Also, this forum can help you if you use it the right way.
Study about crypto (very important to rank up), earn merits, rank up your account. You can get a few dozens of dollars per week in bounties, this is probably worth a lot of money there....

EDIT: Now, instead of the second reconversion they were planning - They decided to take five zeroes out of the currency instead of only two. It will start on August 20th.

The economy of our country is not totally degrading. However, the economy of our country does not doing great either. Foreign exchange between Peso and US dollars have a large gap and US dollars continuously gotting stronger than Peso. Foreign investors who invests in our country are not that abundant. In fact, major investors sometimes do back out due to the issues our country is facing today. Incomes from outside the vicinity of yhe Philippines are not that strong since import-export trades are weak. Lastly, our economy is getting drowsy and getting sick since we have foreign issues still needs to face until now such as our foreign debt that needs to be paid.

Economy here in our country is slowly going down. First evidence of it is our foreign exchange with US dollars go to the lowest value in the past decade. That low value added to how our economy works which is not good. Another thing is that everything in the market is increasing its price. The recent taxation set by government adds burden to everyone. Also the price of oil is going higher which affects the price of almost everything. It is visible that our economy is going down but I can also see how everyone strives hard to make it good and that's a good thing.

It seems like the gap between your earnings and cost of living is getting bigger and bigger each year. Inflation is not considered in the salary figures. There are online currencies coming which are backed up with land assets and thus can help to avoid inflation.

In Brazil we are fuked up.

I made a nice report of ours truckers strike crisis few days ago, take a look here
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.39470325

About the trucker's strike, everything began in the 50s, when a President called Juscelino Kubitschek created a Keynesian economic plan that would make our country grow "50 years in 5 years".
He was working with the famous (among socialists worldwide) Keynesian economist Celso Furtado, which ruined our economy a few times.

Juscelino thought that the best for Brazil was to build roads connecting the whole country, ignoring all other means of transportation. He got very high loans, which we are probably still paying for them.

As a result of his plans we do not have railroads or waterways in Brazil (a few only), and almost everything is transported by trucks. Truckers and trucker's unions are a strong category here in Brazil.
This is terrible for our economy as Brazil is a big country and transporting products on trucks is expensive. We pay for this expensive transportation in every product we consume.
