To participate in the bounty , signature campaign , you need to develop your account to Full Member. Each bounty program has its own rules for participants, according to your rank you will receive awards for it.

Even though it is not recommended to join signature campaign programs at this stage, I am giving you the basic information of it to illustrate you the process.
Bitcointalk is a platform to seek and share knowledge about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies and it is one of the popular forums out there on the international level, so many companies are willing to advertise on this forum through direct ads and through signature/avatar campaigns.
In signature campaigns, the companies hire signature space from the users and pays some amount based on the user rank, budget of the campaign and quality of the posts.

Initially, it is members are expected to seek knowledge instead of posting content thus not every campaign allows a newbie member in their campaign.
First of all you have to be a Jr. Member or higher rank for do a signature bounties. Then you have to get 30 activities for be a Jr. Member. Moderators will be update your rank when you reach 30 good posts. And you have to wait little bit time too because you can get maximum only 14 activities for every 2 weeks.
